Calendar menu

The Calendar menu provides access to functions that are common to the Build Clinic Calendar screen.

• The Build Clinic Calendar screen is active.

Appointment Types menu option

Select this menu option to define additional appointment types for the local agency.

The Appointment Types screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Resources menu option

Select this menu option to define resources for the local agency.

The Define Resources screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Toggle Day as Holiday menu option

Select this menu option to indicate that the selected date is a holiday.

The menu option is enabled when:

• A day is selected on the  Clinic Calendar pane.

• The day selected has not been defined as a business day.

The Mark Day as Holiday screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Define Business Days menu option

Select this menu option to define the days on which the clinic conducts business.

The Define Business Days screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Clear Business Days menu option

Select this menu option to clear previously defined business days for the clinic.

The Clear Business Days screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Define Business Hours menu option

Select this menu option to define the hours during which the clinic will conduct business on the defined business days.

The Define Business Hours screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Define Group Education Classes menu option

Select this menu option to define the group education classes scheduled during business hours on business days.

The Define Group Education Classes screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Clear Group Education Classes menu option

Select this menu option to clear the group education classes scheduled during business hours on business days.

The Clear Group Education Classes screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Define Resource Schedules menu option

Select this menu option to define the resource schedules occurring during established business hours on defined business days.

The Define Resource Schedules screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Clear Resource Schedules menu option

Select this menu option to clear the resource schedules occurring during established business hours on defined business days.

The Clear Resource Schedules screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Adjust Business Hours for Day menu option

Select this menu option to adjust the business hours for the selected date.

The menu option is enabled when:

• A day is selected on the Clinic Calendar pane.

• The day selected has been defined as a business day.

The Adjust Business Hours screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Adjust Group Education Classes for Day menu option

Select this menu option to adjust group education classes scheduled on the selected date.

The menu option is enabled when:

• A day is selected on the Clinic Calendar pane.

• The day selected has been defined as a business day.

The Adjust Group Education Classes screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Adjust Resource Schedule for Day menu option

Select this menu option to adjust the resource schedule defined for the selected date.

The menu option is enabled when:

• A day is selected on the Clinic Calendar pane.

• The day selected has been defined as a business day.

The Adjust Resource Schedules screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Replicate Resource menu option

Select this menu option to replicate a Resource's availability from a selected date range to another Resource.

The Replicate Resource screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Notes for Day menu option

Select this menu option to add notes for the selected business day.

The menu option is enabled when:

• A day is selected on the Clinic Calendar pane.

• The day selected has been defined as a business day.

The Notes for the Day screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Replicate Day to New Days menu option

Select this menu option to replicate the defined business hours, resource schedules, and scheduled group education classes from a selected date to one or more days.

The menu option is enabled when:

• A day is selected on the Clinic Calendar pane.

• The day selected has been defined as a business day.

The Replicate Day to New Days screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Copy Schedule to Another Clinic menu option

Select this menu option to copy the defined business days, hours, resource schedules, and scheduled group education classes from the selected clinic to the calendar of another clinic.

The Copy Schedule to Another Clinic screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Print Calendars menu option

Select this menu option to access print calendar functions.

When you point to this menu option, the Print Calendars sub-menu and the following sub-menu options are displayed:

Print Master Calendar sub-menu option

Select this sub-menu option to print a master calendar for all clinics within the local agency. The sub-menu option is enabled when the sub-menu is active.

The Print Master Calendar screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Print Clinic Detail Calendar sub-menu option

Select this sub-menu option to print a detailed calendar for one or more clinics within the local agency. The sub-menu option is enabled when the sub-menu is active.

The Print Clinic Detail Calendar screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Print Clinic Group Class Calendar sub-menu option

Select this sub-menu option to print a group education class calendar for one or more clinics within the local agency. The sub-menu option is enabled when the sub-menu is active.

The Print Clinic Group Class Calendar screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Close menu option

Select this menu option to exit the Build Clinic Calendar screen.
