The Adjust Group Education Classes screen is used to adjust the scheduled group education classes for a single day.

Unless otherwise stated below, all controls on the Adjust Group Education Classes screen are visible and enabled when:
The screen is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a control on the Adjust Group Education Classes screen, the condition(s) are documented for that specific control below.
View the name of the clinic selected on the Build Clinic Calendar screen in the Clinic text and value label.
The value label will be filled with the clinic ID and name of the clinic.
Information in this control is read-only and cannot be changed. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Select the resource to filter the records displayed in the data grid in the Resource drop-down list box.
The drop-down list box filled with all local agency resources that have resource schedules defined for the clinic. The default selection is the first option displayed. Resources can only be selected in this drop-down list box. Resource updates or additions must be completed on the Define Resources screen.
View the information in the Scheduled Group Education Classes data grid.
This data grid displays the group education classes scheduled at the clinic on the day selected on the Build Clinic Calendar screen for the resource currently selected in the Resource drop-down list box.
The entries in the data grid will be sorted in alphabetical order according to the value of the Topic column. The values on the data grid are read-only. A single selection is allowed. The top entry in the data grid will be selected by default upon opening the screen.
The data grid consists of the following control(s):
Topic column
This column displays the topic of the class for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Topic". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Time column
This column displays the time of the record for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Time". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Duration column
This column displays the duration of the class or appointment for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Duration". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Seats column
This column displays the number of seats available for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Seats". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Language column
This column displays the language spoken for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Language". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
It has a mnemonic of "A".
The Group Education Class screen displays in Add mode when the button is clicked.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "E".
The Group Education Class screen displays in Edit mode when the button is clicked.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "D".
When the button is clicked, a standard confirmation message (C0004) displays. The options of Yes and No are available. When Yes is clicked, the system deletes the record from the database. The contents on the Adjust Group Education Classes screen are refreshed. When No is clicked, the system returns to the Adjust Group Education Classes screen (the current screen) without deleting the selected record.
It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.
The Build Clinic Calendar screen displays in Add mode when the button is clicked.
If data can be validated and saved on the screen, the following processes occur when the screen is processed:
A process to check for required controls as identified in the Data Map below is performed.
A process to check for valid entries as identified individually for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
A process to check for edits and cross edits as identified for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
If any checks or processes fail, a standard error message displays.
If no data can be validated and saved on the screen:
No cross edits are performed.
All values are considered legitimate.
No data is written to the database.
The Data Map defines the values saved for all controls on the screen. If available, any additional notes or comments are displayed in the Notes column.
