The Activities menu enables a user to complete a variety of WIC program managerial functions.
The Activities menu is visible and enabled when:
The Participant List screen is active.
It has a mnemonic of "A".
If you do not have sufficient permission to access a menu option on the Activities menu, a standard error message (E0006) displays when the menu option is selected.
Unless otherwise stated below, all menu options on the Activities menu are visible and enabled when:

If one or more special conditions exist that affect a menu option on the Activities menu, the condition(s) are documented for that specific menu option below.
Estimated Caseload menu option
Select this menu option to manage clinic caseload.
It has a mnemonic of "L".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Estimated Caseload screen displays when the menu option is selected.
County Caseload menu option
Select this menu option to manage county caseload.
It has a mnemonic of "N".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The County/Municipality Caseload screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Based on the business rule for your state, either County or Municipality Caseload displays in the menu.
Assigned Caseload menu option
Select this menu option to manage assigned caseload.
It has a mnemonic of "C".
The Assigned Caseload screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Calculate Estimated Eligible Caseload menu option
Select this menu option to calculate the estimated eligible caseload.
It has a mnemonic of "U".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Calculate Estimated Eligible Caseload screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Food Instrument Disposition menu option
Select this menu option to review the current status of all food instruments that have been processed by the system.
It has a mnemonic of "F".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Food Instrument Search screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Duplicate Participant Investigation Results menu option
Select this menu option to record participant investigation results.
It has a mnemonic of "P".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Duplicate Participant Investigation Results screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Manage Inventory menu option
Select this menu option to manage inventory items. You can record an order request for inventory, consign inventory to clinics, and print reports related to inventory.
It has a mnemonic of "M".
Upon selection of the Manage Inventory menu option, the system will expand the sub-menu as follows:
Manage Inventory sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage breastfeeding items and food items. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "I".
Upon selection of the sub-menu option, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Manage Inventory screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Manage Orders sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage product orders. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "O".
The Manage Orders screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Breastfeeding Inventory Reports sub-menu option
Select this menu option to view available breastfeeding item inventory reports and to select a report for generation. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "R".
Upon selection of the sub-menu option, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Generate Breastfeeding Inventory Reports screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Product List sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage products issued to participants such as breastpumps, breastfeeding kits, breastfeeding supplies, and food items (issued through a direct distribution delivery method). The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "D".
Upon selection of the sub-menu option, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Product List screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Manufacturer List sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage manufacturers. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "M".

Manufacturer Brand List sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage manufacturer brands. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "B".
Upon selection of the sub-menu option, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Manufacturer Brand List screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Manufacturer Brand Type List sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage manufacturer brand types. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "T".
Upon selection of the sub-menu option, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Manufacturer Brand Type List screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Supplier List sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage suppliers. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "S".

The Supplier List screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Location List sub-menu option
Select this menu option to manage locations. The sub-menu option is enabled when the Manage Inventory sub-menu is active.
It has a mnemonic of "L".
Upon selection of the sub-menu option, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Location List screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Manage Consigned Breastpumps menu option
Select this menu option to manage consigned breast pumps, view breast pumps that have been loaned to specific locations, loan a breast pump to a location, return a loaned breast pump back into the inventory, and to retire a breast pump from inventory.
It has a mnemonic of "D".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Manage Consigned Breastpumps screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Record Replacement Item menu option
Select this menu option to record the receipt of a replacement breast pump shipped back from the manufacturer.
It has a mnemonic of "R".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Record Replacement Item screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Manage Direct Shipment Item Redemption menu option
Select this menu option to manage the direct shipment item redemption.
It has a mnemonic of "S".
The Direct Shipment Item Redemption screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Potential Duplicate Participants menu option
Select this menu option to search for participants who are potential duplicates within the application.
It does not have a mnemonic.
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Potential Duplicate Participants screen displays when the menu option is selected.
Batch Issue Management menu option
Point to or select this menu option to display the Batch Issue Management sub-menu.
The control is visible and enabled when:
The value of the UsesBatchIssuance business rule equals "Y".
It has a mnemonic of "A".
When you point to or select this menu option, the Batch Issue Management sub-menu and the following sub-menu options are displayed:
Batch Issue Resolution sub-menu option
Select this sub-menu option to search for participants, resolve errors restricting benefit issuance, and to indicate that participants are able to receive batch-mailed benefits, and issue benefits.
It has a mnemonic of "E".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Batch Issue Resolution screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.
Batch Issue History sub-menu option
Select this sub-menu option to search for historical batch issuance records, view detailed batch issuance information, unlock households, and void batch issuances.
It has a mnemonic of "H".
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Batch Issue History screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.
View Service Site Redemptions menu option
Select this menu option to view and filter a list of formula food items redeemed at clinic locations.
The control is visible and enabled when:
The Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) food delivery system is enabled for the current clinic.
The View Service Site Redemptions screen displays when the menu option is selected.
