In this scenario, you will use the Rebate Agreement screen to remove a food item that is currently associated with a rebate product from an existing rebate agreement for a rebate supplier.

Complete the following steps to perform this scenario:
1. Display the Financial Management [Journal] screen.
2. On the View menu, click the Rebate Suppliers. The Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] screen displays.

NOTE: All rebate suppliers that currently exist within the system will be displayed in the Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] data grid. |
3. Select a rebate supplier in the Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] data grid.
4. On the Rebate Suppliers menu, click the Edit button. The Rebate Supplier screen displays in add mode.
5. Click the Agreements tab. The Agreements screen displays.
6. Select a rebate agreement in the Agreements data grid.
7. Click Edit button. The Rebate Agreement screen displays in edit mode.

NOTE: The Rebate Agreement screen has two tabs. For this scenario, you will use the Rebate Items screen. |
8. Click the Rebate Items tab. The Rebate Items screen displays.
9. Click the Select Rebate Products tab. The Select Rebate Products screen displays.

NOTE: The Select Rebate Products data grid displays all the rebate products that currently exist within the rebate agreement for the rebate supplier |
10. Select a product in the Select Rebate Products data grid.
11. Click Select. The Rebate Item screen displays.

NOTE: All food items that have already been added to the rebate product for the rebate agreement are displayed in the Items Related to Selected Rebate Product list. |
12. Select the item to remove in the Items Related to Selected Rebate Product list.
13. Click the Remove button (pictured below) to move the item to the Food Distribution Item Inventory list.
14. Click OK.
