Participant List toolbar provides access to frequently used functions on the Participant List screen. The toolbar is visible when the Participant List screen is active. Depending on your permission level and the client's current status, some toolbar buttons may not be available for selection.

Manage Waiting List Click this toolbar button to manage the applicants currently on the waiting list. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Manage Waiting List". When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine the permissions of the logged-on user. If the user does not have the appropriate permissions (WaitingList.View, Add or FullControl) to view the Waiting List, the system displays the E0006 standard error message. The Manage Waiting List screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions. |

System Outputs Click the down arrow on this toolbar button to access system outputs functions. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "System Outputs". When you click the down arrow, the System Outputs menu and the following menu options are displayed: Documents Click this menu option to generate documents. The menu option is enabled when the System Outputs menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "D". The Generate Documents screen displays when selected. Labels Click this menu option to generate address labels. The menu option is enabled when the System Outputs menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "L". The Generate Labels screen displays when selected. Reports Click this menu option to generate reports. The menu option is enabled when the System Outputs menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "R". The Generate Reports screen displays when selected. |

System Tools Click the down arrow on this toolbar button to access system tools functions. The toolbar button is enabled when screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "System Tools". When you click the down arrow, the System Tools menu and the following menu options are displayed: Clear On-site List Click this menu option to clear the list of clients currently marked as on-site via the Toggle On-site screen. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "O". When the Clear On-site List menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine the permissions of the logged-on user. If the user does not have the appropriate permissions (On-Site Group.FullControl) to clear the on-site list, the system displays the E0006 standard error message. The system clears the on-site list when selected if participants when selected if the user has the appropriate permissions by deleting the Member.OnPremisesTime for the selected AgencyID and ServiceSiteID. Change Password Click this menu option to change the password of the logged on user. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "P". The Change Password screen displays when the menu option is selected. Select Clinic Click this menu option to specify the clinic of operation. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "C". The Change Clinic of Operation screen displays when the button is clicked. Select Default Printers Click this menu option to specify the default printers for the logged on user. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "D". The Default Printers screen displays when the menu option is selected. Unlock Locked Household Click this menu option to unlock locked participant records. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The Unlock Locked Household screen displays when the button is clicked.

Exit Click this toolbar button to exit the application. This toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. The toolbar button has a tool tip text of "Exit". If the toolbar button is selected and the user has an open folder where updates are being made, the standard edits defined here are displayed. |

Toggle On-site Click this toolbar button to mark the client currently selected in the Participant List data grid on-site or off-site. The toolbar button is enabled when the On-site, Clinic, or Appointments for Today view of the screen is displayed and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Toggle On-site". When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine the permissions of the logged-on user. If the user does not have the appropriate permissions (OnSiteGroup.Add or FullControl) to toggle a participant on-site, the system displays the E0006 standard error message. The Toggle On-site screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions. |

Initial Contact Click this toolbar button to add, edit, or view the initial contact details for the household member within the household currently selected in the Participant List data grid. The toolbar button is enabled when the On-site, Clinic, Agency, or Appointments for Today view of the screen is displayed, and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Initial Contact". The Initial Contact screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions. Only one initial contract record can exist with no certification ID. If the system attempts to write to the initial contact table and a record has previously been saved but no certification ID has been created, the system displays the E0369 standard error message. |

Schedule Appointment Click this toolbar button to schedule an appointment for the client currently selected in the Participant List data grid. The toolbar button is enabled when the On-site or Clinic view of the screen is displayed and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Schedule Appointment". When the toolbar button is clicked, if the user does not have the appropriate permissions (Appointments.Add or FullControl), the system displays the E0006 standard error message. The Select Appointment to Schedule screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions. |

Create New Member Click this toolbar button to create a new household member within the household currently selected in the Participant List data grid. The toolbar button is enabled when a search has been performed on the On-site, Clinic, or Appointments for today view of the screen and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Create New Member". When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine the permissions of the logged-on user. If the user does not have the appropriate permissions (Prescreening.Add) to create a new household member, the system displays the E0006 standard error message. The Applicant Prescreening screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions. When the Applicant Prescreening screen displays, common demographic information is automatically populated using the demographic information of the participant that was selected in the Participant List data grid when the toolbar button was clicked. |

Create New Household Click this toolbar button to create a new household within the system for the applicant and create a folder for the applicant. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Create New Household". When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine the permissions of the logged-on user. If the user does not have the appropriate permissions (Prescreening.Add) to create a new household, the system displays the E0006 standard error message. The Applicant Prescreening screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions. |

Open Participant Folder Click this toolbar button to open the Participant Folder screen for the client currently selected in the Participant List data grid. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Open Participant Folder". When the toolbar button is clicked, the system will check the permissions of the currently logged-on user. Additional information about the edits performed when the Participant Folder screen is opened can be found in the Open Participant Folder Edits section under the Open Participant Folder menu option on the Participant List menu topic. When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine the Participant Folder is already opened for the current ID. If the Participant Folder is already opened for the current ID, the system displays the E0365 standard error message. If no alerts exist, the Participant Folder screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions and all edits are satisfied. If an individual alert exists for the client or a household alert exists for any member of the client's household, the Display Alerts screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions and all edits are satisfied. When the Display Alerts screen is closed, the Participant Folder screen displays. |
