Upon initial display of the screen, the following occurs:

  • The title bar text is set to "Generate Labels".

  • The Address Labels data grid will be initially have no default selection.

  • The Close button is visible and enabled as the default.

Address Labels data grid

  View the information in the Address Labels data grid.

  Double-click a list item in the data grid to generate a system output.

The data grid contains a list item for each system output that can be generated on demand. A single selection is allowed. Within the data grid, the first column contains a small icon and the title of each system output available. Additional information is displayed for each system output in the Description column. The list items are sorted in ascending alphabetical order and cannot be resorted.

Note

NOTE: When a list item is double-clicked in the data grid, an additional screen displays. Complete the screen to finish the process and generate the selected system output.

The data grid consists of the following list items:

Selected Clients list item

Double-click this list item to generate the selected system output. The list item does not have a mnemonic or a caption.

The Generate Client Address Labels screen displays when the list item is double-clicked.

Close button

  Click the Close button to close the screen.

It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.
