Participant List toolbar

Participant List toolbar provides access to frequently used functions on the Participant List screen. The toolbar is visible when the Participant List screen is active. Depending on your permission level and the client's current status, some toolbar buttons may not be available for selection.

Manage Waiting List

Manage Waiting List

This toolbar button is used in the to perform Waiting List management functions manage in the Clinic application module. This toolbar button is always disabled in the Central Administrative Site and State Office application modules. It has a tool tip text of "Manage Waiting List".

System Outputs

System Outputs

Click the down arrow on this toolbar button to access system outputs functions. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "System Outputs". When you click the down arrow, the System Outputs menu and the following menu options are displayed:

Reports

Click this menu option to generate reports. The menu option is enabled when the System Outputs menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "R". The Generate Reports screen displays when selected.

System Tools

System Tools

Click the down arrow on this toolbar button to access system tools functions. The toolbar button is enabled when screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "System Tools". When you click the down arrow, the System Tools menu and the following menu options are displayed:

Change Password

Click this menu option to change the password of the logged on user. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "P". The Change Password screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Select Default Printers

Click this menu option to specify the default printers for the logged on user. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "D". The Default Printers screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Exit

Exit

Click this toolbar button to exit the application. This toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. The toolbar button has a tool tip text of "Exit".

Initial Contact

Initial Contact

Click this toolbar button to add, edit, or view the initial contact details for the household member within the household currently selected in the Participant List data grid. The toolbar button is enabled when the On-site, Clinic, Agency, or Appointments for Today view of the screen is displayed, and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Initial Contact".

The Initial Contact screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Build Master Calendar

Build Master Calendar

Click this toolbar button to display the Build Clinic Calendar screen and to build calendars for various clinics throughout the agency. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Build Master Calendar".

When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Build Clinic Calendar screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Open Participant Folder

Open Participant Folder

Click this toolbar button to open the Participant Folder screen for the client currently selected in the Participant List data grid. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active and a record is selected in the Participant List data grid. It has a tool tip text of "Open Participant Folder".

When the toolbar button is clicked, the system will check the permissions of the currently logged-on user. Additional information about the edits performed when the Participant Folder screen is opened can be found in the Open Participant Folder Edits section under the Open Participant Folder menu option on the Participant List menu topic.

When the toolbar button is clicked, a check is performed to determine the Participant Folder is already opened for the current ID. If the Participant Folder is already opened for the current ID, the system displays the E0365 standard error message.

If no alerts exist, the Participant Folder screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions and all edits are satisfied.

If an individual alert exists for the client or a household alert exists for any member of the client's household, the Display Alerts screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions and all edits are satisfied. When the Display Alerts screen is closed, the Participant Folder screen displays.
