The Rebate Supplier Account screen is used to manage a rebate supplier account. The drop-down list box contains options for all invoice, receipt and adjustment transaction information for a supplier. It allows the user to record a new account transaction and view invoices and account transactions and reprint invoices for this supplier.

Unless otherwise stated below, all controls on the Rebate Supplier Account screen are visible and enabled when:
The screen is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a control on the Rebate Supplier Account screen, the condition(s) are documented for that specific control below.
View the rebate supplier in the Rebate Supplier text and value label.
Information in this control is read-only and cannot be changed. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
View the information in the Account Transaction data grid.
Click an account transaction in this data grid to perform additional functions. This data grid displays account transactions for the current rebate supplier.
This is a single select read-only data grid. The control can be updated when the screen is active in Add or Edit mode (where applicable). The columns are sizable. Both scroll bars are visible.
The information on the data grid is initially presented in ascending order by date. There is no option for resorting.
The data grid consists of the following control(s):
Date column
This column displays the date on which the record was recorded for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Date". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Type column
This column displays the the alert type of "Household" or "Individual" for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Type". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Invoice ID column
This column displays the unique invoice identification number for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Invoice ID". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Printed on Invoice ID column
This column displays the invoice ID for which each record was printed for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Printed on Invoice ID". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Amount column
This column displays the total amount for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Amount". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
The format is currency (###,###,###.##).
Balance column
This column displays the total balance for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Balance". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
The format is currency (###,###,###.##).
Remarks column
This column displays the notes, comments, or remarks for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Remarks". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Reference column
This column displays the reference for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Reference". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Account Trans ID column
This column displays the unique account transaction identification number for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Account Trans ID". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
It has a mnemonic of "A".
The Account Transaction screen displays in Add mode when the button is clicked.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "E".
An invoiced record cannot be modified or deleted. If the user attempts to modify or delete it, when the screen is processed the system displays the E0170 standard error message.
The Account Transaction screen displays in Edit mode when the button is clicked.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "D".
When the button is clicked, a standard confirmation message (C0004) displays. The options of Yes and No are available. When Yes is clicked, the system deletes the record from the database. The contents on the Rebate Supplier Account screen are refreshed. When No is clicked, the system returns to the Rebate Supplier Account screen (the current screen) without deleting the selected record.
If the selected record is associated with at least one other record in the system or is in use, the system displays a standard error message (E0007). Click the OK button to return to the Rebate Supplier Account screen (the current screen).
An invoiced record cannot be modified or deleted. If the user attempts to modify or delete it, when the screen is processed the system displays the E0170 standard error message.
Click the Details button to view the details of the record currently selected in the data grid.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "T".
The Account Transaction screen displays in Details mode when the button is clicked.
Click the Show Invoice Items button to show the invoice items for an invoice.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "I".
If the data grid row selected is not an invoice item, the system displays the E0171 standard error message.
The Invoice Item Detail screen displays when the button is clicked.
Click the Generate Invoice button to generate a rebate invoice.
It has a mnemonic of "G".
The Print Rebate Invoice screen displays when the button is clicked.
Click the Reprint Invoice button to reprint a rebate invoice.
The control is enabled when:
A record is selected in the data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "R".
If the data grid row selected is not an invoice item, the system displays the E0171 standard error message.
The Reprint Rebate Invoice screen displays when the button is clicked.
It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.
The Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] screen displays when the button is clicked.
If data can be validated and saved on the screen, the following processes occur when the screen is processed:
A process to check for required controls as identified in the Data Map below is performed.
A process to check for valid entries as identified individually for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
A process to check for edits and cross edits as identified for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
If any checks or processes fail, a standard error message displays.
If no data can be validated and saved on the screen:
No cross edits are performed.
All values are considered legitimate.
No data is written to the database.
The Data Map defines the values saved for all controls on the screen. If available, any additional notes or comments are displayed in the Notes column.
