Financial Management toolbar

The Financial Management toolbar provides access to frequently used functions on either the Financial Management [Journal] screen or the Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] screen. The toolbar is visible and enabled when either the Financial Management [Journal] screen or the Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] screen is active. Depending on your permission level and the client's current status, some toolbar buttons may not be available for selection.

Toolbar Elements

Filter Journal View

Click this toolbar button to filter the journals. This toolbar button is only available in Journal view. The toolbar button is enabled when the Financial Management [Journal] screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Filter Journal View". The Filter Journal View screen displays when clicked.

Reports

Click the this toolbar button to generate reports. The toolbar button is enabled when either the Financial Management [Journal] screen or the Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Reports". The Generate Reports screen displays when clicked.

System Tools

Click the down arrow on this toolbar button to access system tools functions. The toolbar button is enabled when either the Financial Management [Journal] screen or the Financial Management [Rebate Suppliers] screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "System Tools". When you click the down arrow, the System Tools menu and the following menu options are displayed:

Change Password

Click this menu option to change the password of the logged on user. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "P". The Change Password screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Select Default Printers

Click this menu option to specify the default printers for the logged on user. The menu option is enabled when the System Tools menu is active. The mnemonic for the menu option is "D". The Default Printers screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Exit

Click this toolbar button to exit the application. This toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. The toolbar button has a tool tip text of "Exit".

Add Journal

Click this toolbar button to add a journal. This toolbar button is only available in Journal view. The toolbar button is enabled when the Financial Management [Journal] screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Add Journal". The Journal screen displays when clicked.

	System Tools Click the down arrow on this toolbar button to access system tools functions.
