The Activities menu enables a user to complete a variety of WIC program managerial functions.

The Activities menu is visible and enabled when:

It has a mnemonic of "A".

If you do not have sufficient permission to access a menu option on the Activities menu, a standard error message (E0006) displays when the menu option is selected.

Work with On-site Group menu option

Select this menu option to work with clients who have been marked as on-site.

It has a mnemonic of "W".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Work with On-site Group screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

View Appointments for Date menu option

Select this menu option to view appointments scheduled for the current date.

It has a mnemonic of "D".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The View Appointments for Date screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Reschedule Block of Appointments menu option

Select this menu option to reschedule a block of appointments to another date, time, and/or clinic.

It has a mnemonic of "R".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Reschedule Block of Appointments screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

View Participant Transfer History menu option

Select this menu option to view the transfer history of clients.

It has a mnemonic of "V".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The View Participant Transfer History screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Peer Counselor Item Issuance History menu option

Select this menu option to view the history of breast pumps issued to peer breastfeeding counselors.

It has a mnemonic of "T".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Breastfeeding Item Issuance History screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Missed Appointments Follow-up menu option

Select this menu option to view all clients who failed to attend scheduled appointments.

It has a mnemonic of "I".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Missed Appointments Follow-up screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Food Instrument Disposition menu option

Select this menu option to review the current status of all food instruments that have been processed by the system.

It has a mnemonic of "F".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Food Instrument Search screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Record Replacement Item menu option

Select this menu option to record the receipt of a replacement breast pump shipped back from the manufacturer.

It has a mnemonic of "R".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Record Replacement Item screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Batch Issue Management menu option

Point to or select this menu option to display the Batch Issue Management sub-menu.

The control is visible and enabled when:

It has a mnemonic of "A".

When you point to or select this menu option, the Batch Issue Management sub-menu and the following sub-menu options are displayed:

Batch Issue Resolution sub-menu option

Select this sub-menu option to search for participants, resolve errors restricting benefit issuance, and to indicate that participants are able to receive batch-mailed benefits, and issue benefits.

It has a mnemonic of "E".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Batch Issue Resolution screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Batch Issue History sub-menu option

Select this sub-menu option to search for historical batch issuance records, view detailed batch issuance information, unlock households, and void batch issuances.

It has a mnemonic of "H".

When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to view the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.

The Batch Issue History screen displays when the menu option is selected if the user has the appropriate permissions.

View Service Site Redemptions menu option

Select this menu option to view and filter a list of formula food items redeemed at clinic locations.
