Schedule Group Education Class for Household menu

The Schedule Group Education Class for Household menu provides access to functions that apply to the Schedule Group Education Class for Household screen.

• The Schedule Group Education Class for Household screen is active.

Change Clinic menu option

Select this menu option to change the clinic for the appointment.

Focus is placed on the Clinic drop-down list box when selected.

Change Date menu option

Select this menu option to change the date of the appointment.

Focus is placed on the Month drop-down list box when selected.

Change Member menu option

Select this menu option to change the household member for which the appointment is scheduled.

Focus is placed on the Member drop-down list box when selected.

Refresh Classes menu option

Select this menu option to refresh the Schedule Group Education Classes data grid.

The Scheduled Group Education Class Enrollment data grid is refreshed when selected.

Schedule Enrollment menu option

Select this menu option to schedule the class enrollment.

The Confirm Class Enrollment screen displays when the menu option is selected.

Upon selection of the Schedule Enrollment menu option, the system places focus on the Scheduled Group Education Class Enrollment data grid and processes the screen as though the OK button on the Schedule Group Education Class for Household screen is clicked.

Exit menu option

Select this menu option to exit the Schedule Group Education Class for Household screen.

Depending on which screen originally called the Schedule Group Education Class for Household screen, one of the following screens displays when the menu option is selected:

• If the Select Appointment to Schedule screen was displayed from the Applicant Prescreening screen, the system returns the user to the Participant List.

• If the Select Appointment to Schedule screen was displayed from the Schedule Appointment menu option on the Participant Activities menu, the system returns the user to the Participant Folder.

• If the Select Appointment to Schedule screen was displayed from the Schedule Appointment toolbar button on the Participant Folder toolbar, the system returns the user to the Participant Folder.

• If the Select Appointment to Schedule screen was displayed from the Applicant is Certified screen from Certification Guided Script, the system returns the user to the Participant Folder.
