The Activities menu enables a user to complete a variety of WIC program managerial functions.
The Activities menu is visible and enabled when:
The Participant List screen is active.
It has a mnemonic of "A".
If you do not have sufficient permission to access a menu option on the Activities menu, a standard error message (E0006) displays when the menu option is selected.
Unless otherwise stated below, all menu options on the Activities menu are visible and enabled when:
The Activities menu is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a menu option on the Activities menu, the condition(s) are documented for that specific menu option below.
Build Master Calendar menu option
Select this menu option to build a master calendar for the local WIC program.
It has a mnemonic of "B".
When the menu option is selected, the system will check the permissions of the currently logged-on user to determine if they have the appropriate permissions to access the Build Master Calendar function (BuildMasterCalendar.FullControl).
When the menu option is selected, a check is performed to determine whether the logged-on user has the appropriate permissions to access the screen or perform the action. When the user does not have the appropriate permissions, a standard error message (E0006) displays.
The Build Clinic Calendar screen displays when selected.
View Service Site Redemptions menu option
Select this menu option to view and filter a list of formula food items redeemed at clinic locations.
The control is visible and enabled when:
The Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) food delivery system is enabled for the current clinic.
The View Service Site Redemptions screen displays when the menu option is selected.
