In this scenario, you will use the Replicate Resource screen to replicate a clinic resource's availability and group education class schedules to another resource.

Complete the following steps to perform this scenario:

To begin this scenario: The Build Clinic Calendar screen should be displayed. For more information see the Display the Build Clinic Calendar Screen scenario. |
1. Select a Clinic for which to define holidays.
2. On the Calendar menu, click Replicate Resource. The Replicate Resource screen displays.
3. Under Copy Resource, select the resource from which to copy schedules in From.
4. Under Copy Resource, select the resource to which to copy the schedules in To.
5. Enter or select both the Apply from and To dates to specify the date range for which to copy the selected resource's schedules.
6. Click Apply. The Event Log screen displays.
7. Click Close.
Repeat the process, as necessary, until all required resource schedules have been replicated. When all required resource schedules have been replicated, click OK instead of Apply to end the process.
Congratulations! You've defined replicated a resource's schedules.
