Business Rule: CERTLIMITWITHPENDINGRESIDENCYPROOF
A participant can be certified for a limited time without their proof of residency if a user selects Pending Proof in the Residency Proof drop-down list box on the Demographics screen as defined in the PENDINGRESIDENCYPROOFVALUE business rule. Once pending proof is documented, a countdown begins for the participant. Until proof of residency is documented, a CPA review message displays indicating pending proof of residency when the participant's folder is opened or when the participant is toggled on-site.
If the value of the EOD_PROCESSMEMBERADJUSTMENTS business rule equals "Y", the End of Day Command Line Batch Processing will automatically terminate a participant when their proof of residency has not been recorded within a specific number of days. See the Member Adjustments/Archives/Purges Service Processing within the BatchProcessor topic for more information.
The business rule enables the state to define the number of days that a participant can be certified without proof of residency. After the defined number of days has elapsed the system will automatically terminate the participant.
