Limit Certification with Pending ID Proof

Business Rule: CERTLIMITWITHPENDINGIDPROOF

A participant can be certified for a limited time without their proof of ID if a user selects Pending Proof in the ID Proof drop-down list box on the Demographics screen. Once Pending Proof is documented, a countdown begins for the participant. Until proof of ID is documented, a CPA Review message displays indicating pending proof of ID when the participant's folder is opened or when the participant is toggled On-site.

If the value of the EOD_PROCESSMEMBERADJUSTMENTS business rule equals "Y", the End of Day Command Line Batch Processing will automatically terminate a participant when their proof of ID has not been recorded within a specific number of days. The business rule enables the state to define the number of days that a participant can be certified without their proof of ID. After the defined number of days has elapsed the system will automatically terminate the participant.
