RF_352_InterviewAgencyRiskFactor_script.sql
v2.29.01_webhelp_dfdd.zip
In this release, the fix for CDP-271 contains a new .asql script that updates the following tables within the database:
NUTRITIONASSESSMENTCONTACTITEMRISKFACTOR
VENACONTACTRF
Although considered to be a rare circumstance, states that already upgraded to release 2.29.00 may encounter issues with risk factor 135 because the name of risk factor 135 didn't change between the 2.29.00 and the 2.29.01 releases. Some states may notice risk factor 135 on the Risk Factors tab in the Participant Folder and also risk factor 135Z on the Nutrition Assessment screen for all similar records inserted after release 2.29.00. This can happen because records are inserted into the NUTRITIONASSESSMENTCONTACTITEMRISKFACTOR and RISKFACTOR tables when a participant that is at risk for risk factor 135 is certified with a nutrition assessment contact, and if users run the 2.29.01 script on top of an already-upgraded 2.29.00 database, only the risk factors in the NUTRITIONASSESSMENTCONTACTITEMRISKFACTOR table will be updated from risk factor 135 to 135Z, and the records in the RISKFACTOR table are not updated.
Therefore, CDP recommends that states planning to upgrade to release 2.29.01 first roll back their UAT environments to a pre-2.29.00 version of the SPIRIT database before upgrading the software to release 2.29.01. In other words, reset back to a pre-2.29.00 version of the SPIRIT database, then deploy the 2.29.01 database and scripts appropriately and roll 2.29.01 into Production as necessary.
To reset an environment back to a pre-2.29.00 database, complete the following steps:
1. Restore the pre-2.29.01 release database.
2. Upgrade to the 2.29.01 release.
Some states may have already set up data for release 2.29.00. As a result, resetting back to a pre-2.29.00 database may not be a feasible option. For states that choose not to fully reset to a pre-2.29.00 version of the database, CDP recommends using the RF135_352_pull_off_script.sql file that was created for and distributed with the 2.29.00 release to copy risk factors from UAT to Production environments.
To use the RF135_352_pull_off_script.sql file to copy risk factors from UAT to Production environments, complete the following steps:
1. Run the RF135_352_pull_off_script.sql file and save the generated risk factor script.
2. Restore the pre-2.29.00 release database.
3. Upgrade to the 2.29.01 release.
4. Restore the risk factor data using the risk factor script generated above in step 1.
For additional information about the RF135_352_pull_off_script.sql file, see the documentation for requirement number twenty (R20) of ENH-533 in the 2.29.00 Release Notes.

Risk Factors |
With Release 2.29.00, risk factor 135 was not updated to 135Z and risk factor 352 was not updated to 352Z in the following tables:
|
A new 2.29.01.asql file was created to archive the 135 and 352 risk factors in the following tables of the SPIRIT database:
In addition, a new RF_352_InterviewAgencyRiskFactor_script.sql file was created to query the INTERVIEWAGENCYRISKFACTOR table and return all interview questions that currently have risk factor 352 assigned within the SPIRIT database. When run, the query provides a list of records that can be used to quickly identify the interview questions that currently have risk factor 352 assigned within the SPIRIT WIC system. For more information, see the database changes for this issue. For states that may have an extra constraint on the FOODPACKAGEID column of the RISKFACTORREFERENCE table, refer to the special instructions in the 2.29.00 Release Notes for requirement number one (R1) of ENH-533. CDP-271 Testing StepsThe testing steps below provide direction to test the conversion of risk factor 352 in releases 2.28.01 or below to 352A or 352B in release 2.29.01 for state-level nutrition assessment question records stored in the INTERVIEWAGENCYRISKFACTOR table of the SPIRIT database. To create a new state-level nutrition assessment question record in release 2.28.01 or below prior to upgrading to 2.29.01, complete the following steps: 1. Open the Reference Utility application module. The Reference Utility screen displays. 2. Double-click on the Maintain State Nutrition Assessment Questions list item in the Functions data grid. Windows 10 |
After upgrading to Release 2.29.00, a "MasterCalendar.exe has stopped working" error occurred when the Build Clinic Calendar screen was displayed in the Central Administrative Site application module. |
After much research and troubleshooting, the cause of this error was determined to be related to a touch screen and/or a pen device driver on some user machines. The resolution for this issue is to disable the touch screen and/or the pen device on machines demonstrating the error. To disable the touch screen and/or pen devices, complete the following steps: 1. Click the Start button on the Windows Taskbar. The Start menu displays. 2. On the Start menu, enter "device manager" in the Search text box. 3. Under the Control Panel heading on the Start menu, click the Device Manager hypertext link. The Device Manager screen displays. 4. In the Device Manager tree list, select the Human Interface Devices node. The Human Interface Devices node expands to display all human interface devices installed on the machine. 5. Right-click on the HID-compliant Touch Screen node. A context menu displays for the selected device. 6. Select the Disable menu option. A standard confirmation message displays. 7.
