Batch Issue Resolution

Messages regarding the last benefit set for a certification were confusing on the Batch Issue Resolution screen.

The SPIRIT WIC system was modified to change the information displayed in the Details pane on the Batch Issue Resolution screen. For future month benefit sets, the following text now displays in the pane:

"Will be issued all Benefits for their current certification. Benefit will not be issued for {FDTU - LDTU}."

The variable {FDTU - LDTU} refers to the benefit set's first date to use and last date to use.

CDP-175

Woman Health Information

In the Clinic application module, the Live Birth within 18 Months check box was incorrectly enabled on the Postpartum Information screen for postpartum women termed and categorically ineligible.

CDP determined that there was no separation of the "AND, OR" logic in the if statement that enables the Live Birth within 18 Months check box on the Postpartum Information screen, which caused the check box to be enabled even when a certification was not valid.

Therefore, the SPIRIT WIC system was modified to fix the "AND, OR" logic in the if statement in the ctlHealthInformation.vb file.

CDP-181

Woman Health Information

A "LocalReferenceDataUpdates" error message displayed when users attempted to log into the SPIRIT WIC system after downloading the new 2.27.00 version of the SPIRIT software and restarting.

CDP determined that adding the EMERGENCYBATCH column to the SERVICESITE table in the 2.27.00.ASQL file did not trigger the modified date to be updated as expected, which then caused the reference data not to be downloaded and updated after the AQSL ran.

As a result, the SPIRIT WIC system was modified to add a dummy update after the alter statement in the ASQL file to prompt the download of the updated reference data.

CDP-182

UpdateManifest.xml

The UpdateManifest.xml file required manual updates.

The SPIRIT WIC system was modified to add the following new templates to the Infrastructure section in UpdateManifest.xml on WebServerCD:

  • AddressLabels.doc

  • BatchIssueLetter.doc

As a result, the build now adds the new templates to the Installers. Therefore, whenever a deployment occurs, the Client will add the new templates to the TemplatesBase\ folder automatically.

Users are still required to move the new templates to the Templates\ folder manually.

Note

NOTE: For more information about templates used in the SPIRIT WIC system, refer to the SPIRIT WIC Templates topic in the SPIRIT WIC Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD).

CDP-194

Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD)

DFDD documentation for the unlock feature in batch processing did not clearly indicate that it was separate from the unlock functionality that previously existed in the SPIRIT WIC system prior to Release 2.27.00.

The SPIRIT WIC Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD) was modified with additional content to clarify that the unlock feature in batch processing is completely independent of the unlock feature that existed prior to Release 2.27.00.

Refer to the DFDD changes for this release for detailed information.

CDP-198

Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD)

With Release 2.25.00, the Archive Rules for EOD table was removed unnecessarily from the Process Archive Records topic in the Scheduled Job Administration DFDD.

The SPIRIT WIC Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD) was modified to restore the Archive Rules for EOD table in the Process Archive Records topic.

Refer to the DFDD changes for this release for detailed information.

TMP-250

Risk Factors

Risk factors were automatically deleted when the Infant(s) Born from This Pregnancy button was clicked on the Postpartum Information screen in the Participant Folder in the Clinic application module.

The SPIRIT WIC system was modified to remove the existing code that saved risk factors whenever the Close button was clicked on the Infants Born from This Pregnancy screen and new code was added to save risk factors only when data was updated and saved on the screen during a valid certification.
