Civil Money Penalty Letter

This letter advises the vendor that the State will impose a civil money penalty for program abuse in lieu of disqualification.

This letter is generated outside of the Vendor system. The user documents that the letter was sent to the vendor through the Send Letter screen. The following actions display the screen to document that the letter was sent:

• The Send button is selected on the Send Form Letters screen and the Civil Money Penalty Letter is selected on the Send Letter screen

• The Letter Sent event is selected on the Events screen, when the Civil Money Penalty Letter and the Letter Sent Outside System check box are selected on the Send Letter screen.

• The Letter Sent follow-up activity is selected on the Follow-up Activities screen, when the Civil Money Penalty Letter and the Letter Sent Outside System check box are selected on the Send Letter screen.

Merged Fields

There are no Merged Fields in the Civil Money Penalty Letter because it is generated outside of the system.
