The Add Rebate Schedule screen is used to add a mid-term rebate effective date within the selected rebate schedule period. New rebate amounts can then be defined for products as desired and the amounts will become effective on the mid-term date entered. The Through date for the current rebate schedule is unchanged.

Unless otherwise stated below, all controls on the Add Rebate Schedule screen are visible and enabled when:
The screen is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a control on the Add Rebate Schedule screen, the condition(s) are documented for that specific control below.
Select or enter the date on which the rebate schedule becomes effective in the Rebate Schedule Effective Date calendar control.
Rebates will be billed as of this date. A default rebate schedule date matching the agreement effective date is required.
The control defaults to blank (cleared).
The Rebate Schedule Effective Date must be equal to or greater than the Agreement Effective Date displayed on the Rebate Items screen. If it is not, when the screen is processed the system displays the E0159 standard error message.
The Rebate Schedule Effective Datemust be less than the Agreement Through Date displayed on the Rebate Items screen. If it is not, when the screen is processed the system displays the E0160 standard error message.
If the Rebate Schedule Effective Date is on another Rebate Schedule Effective Date the system displays the E0060 standard error message.
If the value selected or entered is less than the current system date, the system displays the W0011 standard warning message.
Click the OK button to process the screen.
It is the default button for the screen, unless otherwise noted.
It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Enter key.
When the OK button is clicked, the system will add the rebate schedule for the selected effective date and add rebate items by default based on the most recent rebate schedule then dismiss the Add Rebate Schedule screen.
The Rebate Agreement screen displays when the button is clicked.
It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.

If data can be validated and saved on the screen, the following processes occur when the screen is processed:
A process to check for required controls as identified in the Data Map below is performed.
A process to check for valid entries as identified individually for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
A process to check for edits and cross edits as identified for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
If any checks or processes fail, a standard error message displays.
If no data can be validated and saved on the screen:
No cross edits are performed.
All values are considered legitimate.
No data is written to the database.
The Data Map defines the values saved for all controls on the screen. If available, any additional notes or comments are displayed in the Notes column.
