The Batch Details screen is used to view detailed information about the food instruments within a specific batch issuance record.

Unless otherwise stated below, all controls on the Batch Details screen are visible and enabled when:
The screen is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a control on the Batch Details screen, the condition(s) are documented for that specific control below.
View the information in the Batch group box.
This group box includes controls that allow you to view specific details of the batch issuance record that was selected in the Batches data grid on the Batch Issue History screen. The title text of the group box is set to "Batch". The group box consists of the following control(s):
Batch Issue ID text and value label
View the identification number of the batch issuance record in the Batch Issue ID text and value label.
The value label is populated with the value of the BATCHISSUEID column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Number of Benefits text and value label
View the count of the total number of checks in the batch issuance record in the Number of Benefits text and value label.
The value label is populated with the value of the NUMBEROFCHECKS column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Voided by text and value label
View the user identification of the staff member who voided the batch issuance record in the Voided by text and value label. If the batch issuance record has not been voided, then the value label is initially blank as the default.
The value label is populated with the value of the VOIDEDUSER column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Agency text and value label
View the name of the agency in which the batch issuance record was created in the Agency text and value label.
The value label is populated with the value of the AGENCYID column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Issue Date text and value label
View the date on which the batch issuance record was issued in the Issue Date text and value label.
The value label is populated with the value of the ISSUEDATE column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The value label displays in {MM/DD/CCYY} format.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Issued by text and value label
View the user identification of the staff member who issued the batch issuance record in the Issued by text and value label.
The value label is populated with the value of the ISSUEDBY column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Voided Date text and value label
View the date on which the batch issuance record was voided in the Voided Date text and value label. If the batch issuance record has not been voided, then the value label is initially blank as the default.
The value label is populated with the value of the VOIDEDDATE column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The value label displays in {MM/DD/CCYY} format.
Clinic text and value label
View the name of the clinic at which the food instrument was issued in the Clinic text and value label.
The value label is populated with the value of the SERVICESITEID column of the BATCHISSUE table.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Complete the information in the Food Instruments group box.
This group box includes controls that allow you to view and perform a search for food instruments. The title text of the group box is set to "Food Instruments". The group box consists of the following control(s):
Search text box
Enter search criteria in the Search text box. Partial information can be entered as necessary. As each character is typed, the contents of the Food Instruments editable data grid refreshes automatically to display results matching the specified filter criteria.
Row Type drop-down list box
In the Row Type drop-down list box, select the type of row to display in the Food Instruments editable data grid. The following options are available in the drop-down list box:
Select the "Show All Row Types" option to include all batch issuance record types in the search.
Select the "Show Food Instruments" option to only include batch issuance records that are food instruments in the search.
Select the "Show Errors" option to only include batch issuance records that are errors in the search.
The contents of the Food Instruments editable data grid automatically refresh when a selection is made in the drop-down list box.
Food Instruments editable data grid
This data grid contains all of the food instruments that currently exist within the batch issuance record that match the filter criteria specified in the Search text box and the Row Type drop-down list box. The data grid is sorted by State WIC ID column and then by the Household ID column and it cannot be resorted. The first record displayed in the data grid is initially selected as the default. The title text of the data grid is set to "Food Instruments".
Double-click on a record to display the Benefit Details screen for the selected benefit.
Right-clicking on a row in the data grid displays a sub-menu (pictured below).
The data grid consists of the following control(s):
Select column
This column contains a check box for each record displayed within the data grid. There is no visible title text for the column.
Check the check box in the column header to select all records currently displayed within the data grid or uncheck the check box to deselect all records currently displayed within the data grid.
This column displays the unique state WIC identification number of the participant who was issued each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "State WIC ID". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Household ID column
This column displays the household identification number of the household that was issued each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Household ID". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Participant Name column
This column displays the name of the of the participant who was issued each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Participant Name". The information displayed within the column is read-only. The name is displayed in {LASTNAME MIDDLEINITIAL. FIRSTNAME] format.
First Date to Use column
This column displays the first date to use for each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "First Date to Use". The information displayed within the column is read-only. The date is displayed in MM/DD/CCYY format.
Last Date to Use column
This column displays the last date to use for each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Last Date to Use". The information displayed within the column is read-only. The date is displayed in MM/DD/CCYY format.
Printed FDTU column
This column displays the first date to use that was printed on each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Printed FDTU". The information displayed within the column is read-only. The date is displayed in MM/DD/CCYY format.
Benefit Number column
This column displays the unique benefit identification number for each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Benefit Number". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Serial # column
This column displays the unique serial number printed on and recorded for each food instrument record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Serial #". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Voided Date column
This column displays the date on which each food instrument record displayed within the data grid was voided.
The title of the column is set to "Voided Date". The information displayed within the column is read-only. The date is displayed in MM/DD/CCYY format.
Pending column
This column displays a check box for each record displayed within the data grid. The check box is checked for each record that is currently pending issuance.
The title of the column is set to "Pending". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Details column
This column displays Details button for each food instrument record displayed within the data grid. The title of the column is set to "Details".
Click the Details button to display the Benefit Details screen and view detailed information about the food instrument record.
If the system is unable to display the Benefit Details screen for any reason when the Details button is clicked, a standard error message (E0048) displays.
EBT column
This column displays a check box for each record displayed within the data grid. The check box is checked for each record that is currently an EBT issuance.
The title of the column is set to "EBT". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Click the Export to Excel button to export the contents of the data grid to an Excel file.
A Windows Save File As screen displays when the button is clicked.
It has a mnemonic of "E".
Click the Void Checked Benefits button to void the food instrument record(s) currently checked in the Select column of the Food Instruments editable data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "V".
When the Void Checked Benefits button is clicked, the following actions occur:
If one or more records is currently checked in the Select column of the Food Instruments editable data grid, the Void Checked Benefits screen displays.
If one or more records is not currently checked in the Select column of the Food Instruments editable data grid, a standard error message (E0002) displays.
Click the Reprint Checked button to void and reprint the food instrument record(s) currently checked in the Select column of the Food Instruments editable data grid.
It has a mnemonic of "R".
When the Reprint Checked button is clicked, the following actions occur:
If one or more records is currently checked in the Select column of the Food Instruments editable data grid, the Reprint Checked screen displays.
If one or more records is not currently checked in the Select column of the Food Instruments editable data grid, a standard error message (E0002) displays.
It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.
The Participant List screen displays when the button is clicked.
If data can be validated and saved on the screen, the following processes occur when the screen is processed:
A process to check for required controls as identified in the Data Map below is performed.
A process to check for valid entries as identified individually for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
A process to check for edits and cross edits as identified for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
If any checks or processes fail, a standard error message displays.
If no data can be validated and saved on the screen:
No cross edits are performed.
All values are considered legitimate.
No data is written to the database.
The Data Map defines the values saved for all controls on the screen. If available, any additional notes or comments are displayed in the Notes column.
