The Growth Grids screen is used to view a client's history of height and weight measurements.
The Child Growth Grids Display screen displays growth grids for the height/weight measurements taken for a participant with the WIC Category of Child and a measurement position of "Standing". The grid displayed will be appropriate for the gender of the participant.
The Infant Growth Grids Display screen displays growth grids for the height/weight measurements taken for a participant with the WIC Category of Infant and a measurement position of "Recumbent". The growth grid displayed will be appropriate for the gender of the participant. The growth grid will not plot for the following circumstances:
If the participant is greater than 24 months and measured recumbent, or
If the participant is less than 24 months and measured standing.

Upon initial display of the Growth Grids screen for a participant with a WIC Category of Child, Y2-6 Ht/Age is displayed initially with the results plotted on the grid as defined in Y2-6 Ht/Age.
Upon initial display of the Growth Grids screen for a participant with a WIC Category of Infant, B-36 Len/Age will be displayed initially with the results plotted on the grid as defined in B-36 Len/Age.

The Growth Grids screen contains multiple tabs along the top of the screen for collecting and/or viewing information. These tabs are designed to mimic a paper-based hanging file folder, are labeled according to their content, and display unique screens containing information specific to each tab when clicked.
