In this scenario, you will display the Participant Folder screen to review a client's information. A folder is created for any individual who applies for participation in the WIC program, and all information gathered about the individual is stored in her folder.

Complete the following steps to perform this scenario:
1. Display the Participant List screen.

NOTE: The Participant List data grid displays clients as determined by the search criteria applied to the data grid. Click a client record in the data grid to select it. |
2. Search for a client record. (For more detail, see the Searching for a Client scenario.)
3. Select a client in the Participant List data grid.
4. Click the Open Participant Folder toolbar button (pictured below). The Participant Folder screen displays for the select client.
5. Click the following folder tabs to view the associated information:
Certification History - Click this tab to view historical certification periods for the client.
Demographics - Click this tab to view demographic information recorded about the client.
HT/WT/Blood - Click this tab to view height, weight, and blood measurement records for the client.
Risk Factors - Click this tab to view the client's assigned risk factors.
Food Prescription - Click this tab to view food prescriptions created for the client.
Nutrition Education - Click this tab to view nutrition education contacts attended by the client.
Benefits History - Click this tab to view food instrument benefits issued to the client.
Immunization - Click this tab to view immunization records for the client. (This tab is only available for infants and children.
Referrals - Click this tab to view referrals to other programs presented to the client.
Health Information - Click this tab to view health information recorded about the client.
Income History - Click this tab to view the client's history of income.
Appointments - Click this tab to view appointments scheduled for the client.
6. When you're finished reviewing the participant's information, click the Close Participant Folder toolbar button (pictured below).
