Business Rule: CLN_SOAPIsRequired
SOAP notes can be recorded within the Participant Folder and the Certification Guided Script. The recording of SOAP Notes can be a requirement of the Certification Guided Script.
The business rule enables the state to determine whether a SOAP note is required to complete the Certification Guided Script process.
