Business Rule: NOSUBJECTIVEINSOAP
When a user creates a SOAP note for a participant within the Clinic application of the SPIRIT WIC system, the system populates the note with the SOAP note template that contains the headers for the four (4) sections of the SOAP note: Subjective (S:), Objective (O:), Assessment (A:) and Plan (P:).
The business rule enables the state to define that the header for the Subjective section should not be included in the SOAP note template.
