Business Rule: CLN_INFANTRECERTBEFORE1STBIRTHDAY
The ability to recertify an infant before its first birthday can be defined. The system requires a method by which to manage this option.
The business rule enables the state to define if infant recertification can take place up to 30 days before the infant's first birthday. If the value is Y, the Certification menu option is available 30 days before the infant's first birthday.
The length of certification is controlled by the value set in CLN_INFANTCERTLENGTH.
