Infant Certification Length

Business Rule: CLN_INFANTCERTLENGTH

The length of infant recertification can be defined. The system requires a method by which to manage the length certifications.

The business rule enables the state to define the length, in months, of infant recertification. The options available are 6 (default) or 12 months. When the number of months have elapsed, the infant must be recertified.

If you attempt to recertify an infant 30-45 days of the certification end date, the certification length will be six months.

The CERTTOMONTHEND business rule is still applied to the certification period specified in this rule.
