Issue: The Vendors with No On-site Visits in Last 18 Months Report VND037 (Output) displayed non-active vendors

Resolution: The code was modified to only include vendors that have a CURRENTSTATUS of Enrolled.

Vendor Online Price Survey

Verification

Issue: A "system cannot authenticate your access based on the information entered" error message was displaying when a lower-cased "p" was entered in the Vendor ID text box on the Verification screen in the Vendor Online Price Survey application module.

Resolution: This issue was caused because the setup was created a revision earlier. The setup was rebuilt for release 2.19.06 to fix the issue.

Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output)

Issue: When the Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output) is generated, the Appt. Type column displays with populated data on the report when displayed to the screen. However, when it is printed, the Appt. Type column does not always print with populated data.

Resolution: The code was modified in order to enforce Landscape mode.

Issue: When modifications are made to the Certification History screen, the system is storing the server time instead of the time on the user's machine. All times stored in the Certification History screen should be the user's time.

Resolution: In the Central Administrative Site, Clinic, and State Office DFDDs, documentation for the Previous Certifications tree list on the Certification History screen was updated as follows:

• All references to CreateDTTM were replaced with AddedDTTM.

• All references to ModifyDTTM were replaced with EditedDTTM.

Peer Counselor Prenatal Referral Report (Output)

Issue: All references to the "Peer Counselor Prenatal Referral" report were not removed from the DFDD when changes were made for NIN-46 in release 2.19.

Resolution: This was resolved as a result of changes made for NIN-413 in this release. The only references to the "Peer Counselor Prenatal Referral" report remaining in the DFDD are in the release notes for changes related to NIN-46.

Issue: In the Clinic application module, when the Participant Summary (Output) was generated for a child that was 4 years 10 months of age, nutrition education contacts for all certification periods displayed on the output.

Resolution: The code was modified to correctly display nutrition education contacts for children of 4 years 10 months of age on the Participant Summary (Output).

Risk Factors

Issue: In the Clinic application module, changing a participant's WIC category from breastfeeding to non-breastfeeding did not automatically remove CPA-assigned risk factors from the Risk Factors data grid on the Certification Guided Script screen.

Resolution: The code was modified to correctly remove CPA-assigned risk factors from the Risk Factors data grid on the Certification Guided Script screen in the Clinic application module.

Permissions Matrix

Issue: In the Permissions Matrix of the Appendix DFDD, the new feature groups and features for the Management Console were not added.

Resolution: On the CCWG call 07/02/2013, it was determined that the scope of this issue is to fill any blanks in the Permissions Matrix and to reconcile the features to make sure the DFDD matches the code.

The changes per the NIN-157 - Permission Features - Update2.docx document attached to NIN-157 in JIRA were made to the Permissions Matrix topic in the Appendix DFDD.

In addition, the word "module" was removed from the features listed in the Feature column of the Permissions Matrix so that the feature name in the matrix matches the feature name displayed in the Management Console application module.

Issue: The Participant Summary (Output) did not display the risk factor description.

Resolution: The following changes were made:

• The V_PARTICIPANTSUMMARY_RISKFACTORS view was modified to include the risk factor description.

• The Risk Factor Description field was unsuppressed in Participant Summary report file

End of Day

Issue: In the Clinic application module, some participants were not being terminated due to failure to pickup benefits.

Resolution: Additional code was added to the End of Day process to handle the breastfeeding participants who are not terminated.

In addition, the following content was added to the Adjust/Archive/Purge Process topic in the Scheduled Job Administration DFDD:

"Participants who have failed to pick up food instruments for two consecutive months.

Exceptions to the rule:

• Fully breastfed infants who have failed to pick up food instruments, but the mother has, will not be terminated.

• Mothers of partially breastfeeding more than the maximum (some breastfeeding) infants who have failed to pick up food instruments, but the infant has, will not be terminated."

State Office

Breastfeeding Summary Report CAS016 (Output)

Issue: In the State Office application module, the Breastfeeding Summary Report CAS016 (Output) contained no data when the report was run by agency or state.

In addition, the report ID on the report generated from within the State Office application module was incorrect.

Resolution: The code for the Breastfeeding Summary Report CAS016 (Output) was modified so the report displays data for the state and agency selections in the State Office application module. The report ID was also changed to CAS016 to match the DFDD.

Central Administrative Site, Clinic, and State Office

Medical Prescription - Formula Report CAS012/CLN034/OPR011 (Output) and Medical Prescription - Non-formula Report CAS013/CLN035/OPR049 (Output)

Issue: In the Central Administrative Site, Clinic, and State Office application modules, an April benefit that was actually picked up on 05/02 and did not appear on the Medical Prescription - Formula Report CAS012/CLN034/OPR011 (Output) or the Medical Prescription - Non-formula Report CAS013/CLN035/OPR049 (Output) for April.

Resolution: The code was modified for both the Medical Prescription - Formula Report CAS012/CLN034/OPR011 (Output) and the Medical Prescription - Non-formula Report CAS013/CLN035/OPR049 (Output) to extract data based on the participation month matching the month selected for the report. By using the participation month to select data, the April benefit now displays on the April report even though the FDTU was 05/02.

Mid-certification Assessment

Issue: When a VOC was being done on an infant in the Clinic application module, an MCA due date was not being created appropriately when the following conditions existed:

• The CLN_InfantAgeMCADueInMonths business rule was set to 9, and

• The infant's date of birth + 9 months is greater then or equal to the date the VOC being done (today or in the future).

Resolution: The code was modified to create a Mid-certification Assessment record if the infant's date of birth plus the infant's age Mid-certification Assessment due in months equals a date that is between VOC date and certification end date.

Issue: The system was not calculating the processing standard correctly on the generated Initial Contacts Report CLN040 (Output).

Resolution: The code was modified update the stored procedure uspReportGetInitialContactsReportData and to correct the layout on the .xls spreadsheet.

Resolution: The code was modified to replace the incorrect reference to the standard information message I0057 with the correct standard error message E0054 when creating a child food package for an infant that did not have the appropriate risk factors for a child.

Issue: The raw data elements were not available for the Peer Counselor Contact Topic Summary Report CLN010 (Output) in the Clinic and State Office DFDDs. In addition, the Save Raw Data as Spreadsheet radio button was not documented.

Issue: The drop-down list boxes associated with Local Use and State Use codes were still available in the Participant Folder even when the associated question was not being used.

Resolution: The following changes were made in the code:

Local Use Questions screen updates:

• The size of the screen was reduced to 900 pixels wide by 425 pixels high to accommodate the screen content.

• The screen is now resizable.

Local Use Question screen updates:

• The Question text box was updated to allow a maximum number of fifty (50) characters.

• The Last Cleared/Reset text and value label was relocated above the Clear/Reset Collected Answers button.

• The Clear/Reset Collected Answers button is no longer visible when the screen is displayed in Add mode.

• When the Not In Use radio button is selected, the LocalUseCaption.OrdinalPosition value is set to NULL and the LocalUseCaption.InUse value is set to "N" when the screen is processed.

• The screen now detects changes made, and asks the user "Do you want to save your changes?" when attempting to exit the screen without clicking the OK button.

Issue: In the Clinic application module, participants in a household with a participant that was deemed over income and ineligible were able to have benefits issued.

Resolution: The code was modified to correctly validate income eligibility for participants that do not have adjunctive eligibility to receive WIC benefits in both the Certification Guided Script and the Mid-certification Assessment. Certifications that have not been completed in Certification Guided Script or Mid-certification Assessment will not have a CERTENDDATE until the Certification Guided Script or Mid-certification Assessment attempt has been completed.

Issue: In the State Office application module, a "No records found" error message displayed when attempting to generate the Medicaid Adjunctive Eligibility Report OPR013 (Output).

Resolution: The code was modified to fix erroneous filters that prevented data from being displayed on the Medicaid Adjunctive Eligibility Report OPR013 (Output) in the State Office application module.

Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output)

Issue: In the Clinic application module, some of the data elements printed on the generated Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output) did not match the documentation in the DFDD.

• The resource name did not display on the report when a resource was selected for the report.

• Only the schedule for the selected provider displayed on the report.

• The client name printed in {last name}, {first name} {middle initial} format.

• The heading "Mississippi WIC Program" was not included in the report title.

Resolution: The code was modified and the following changes were made to the Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output):

• The client name and authorized representative data elements are now printed in {first name} {middle initial}. {last name} format.

• The report headings and font sizes were modified to match standards and consistencies.

• The page layout has been updated to use 0.25" margins to prevent cropping.

• The standard "*** End of Listing ***" text has been added to the end of the report.

The DFDD contains the following note regarding the all option when the Print Schedule button is clicked on the View Appointments for Date screen:

"NOTE: When printing an Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output), the Resource drop-down list box serves a secondary function:

• If a specific resource is selected in the Resource drop-down list box when the Print Schedule button is clicked, the appointments contained in the Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output) will be grouped by resource and sorted chronologically within each resource group.

• If All Resources is selected in the Resource drop-down list box when the Print Schedule button is clicked, the appointments contained in the Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output) will not be grouped by resource but will be sorted chronologically."

No code changes were made regarding the resource name since printing for "All" resources should not include the resource in the report. As a result, the Resource Name data element was removed from the Appointments for Date Listing Report CLN017 (Output) topic in the Clinic DFDD.

Termination Notices

Issue: The Termination Notices list item could not be located on the Generate Reports screen in the Clinic application module as documented in the DFDD.

Resolution: In the current system, termination notices are generated from the Generate Official Notifications screen in the Clinic application module. As a result, the DFDD was incorrect and the Generate Termination Notices topic was removed from the DFDD.

Resolution: The code was modified to disable the Initial Contact button on the Demographics tab when the Participant Folder is locked due to an ongoing Certification Guided Script or Mid-certification Assessment.

The Initial Contact topic in the Clinic DFDD was updated to remove all references to add, edit, and details mode.

The Demographics topic in the Clinic DFDD was updated as follows:

• In the Interface Initialization section, content for the Initial Contact button was updated as follows:

"The Initial Contact button is visible. The button is enabled if the Participant Folder is not locked due to an ongoing Certification Guided Script or Mid-certification Assessment. Otherwise, it is disabled."

• In the Screen Elements section, content for the Initial Contact button was updated as follows:

• The month/year must be equal to or greater than today.

Since the End of Month process can only be run for past dates and the Participant High Risk Report CLN030 (Output) can only be run for dates greater than or equal to today, the report could be generated.

Resolution: The code as modified in the State Office application module so that the date check on the Participant High Risk Report CLN030 (Output) matches the DFDD.

The following note was added to the End of Month Processes business rule topic in the Appendix DFDD:

Resolution: The code was corrected to no longer look at package size for the first set when changing a participant to M2M. Before this change, the code was counting the first full set toward the cycle when changing a participant to M2M, and a prorated set is not counted.
