Permissions Matrix |
SVN-75 Issue: A question was raised asking if the Permissions Matrix in the Appendix DFDD could state when permissions in the Participant Management feature group are used for multiple modules. Resolution: The following content was added to the top of the Permissions Matrix topic in the Appendix DFDD: The Permissions Matrix provides detailed lists of feature groups and their related features as they pertain to individual SPIRIT application modules. The names of feature groups, for the most part, align with the SPIRIT modules they control. The system uses features within those feature groups to allow or restrict access to functionality within that application module only. Feature groups are not multi-purpose and do not control multiple areas of SPIRIT. The Permissions Matrix is divided by feature group so that the features applicable only to that group are clearly shown. Any time a feature such as Bank Exceptions is available in multiple modules (Financial Management and Vendor Management in this case), that feature is listed for both feature groups. For example, only two feature group/feature combinations control access to the Central Administrative Site application module as shown in the first section of the Permissions Matrix. IDs 744 and 200 are defined in this section. These IDs are not defined elsewhere because they are related only to Central Administrative Site. Setting a permission level for these two features alone is all that is required to provide the desired user access to the Central Administrative Site when setting up a role in Management Console. |

Issue: The view supposed to be named "V_NON_PARTICIPATION_Reminder_NOTICES" was actually named "V_NON_PARTICIPATION_Remainder_NOTICES" (Reminder vs. Remainder). Resolution: A script was added to drop the "V_NON_PARTICIPATION_REMAINDER_NOTICES" view and recreate it as "V_NON_PARTICIPATION_REMINDER_NOTICES". |

Initial Contact |
Issue: A user with "View" permission only was able to update information on the Initial Contact screen when accessed from the Demographics screen in the Clinic application module. Resolution: The code was modified so that when the Initial Contact button is clicked on the Demographics screen in the Participant Folder, the Initial Contact screen displays but all controls except for the Cancel button are disabled. This allows the user to view and close the Initial Contact screen. |

Client Business Rules |
Issue: The change order specified not include a partial benefit in the issuance frequency count if the CLN_CreateInitialMonthToMonthBenefit and CLN_BenefitsStartOnFirstDayOfMonth business rules were both set to "Y" and the first benefit was prorated. This is true only if the certification effective date is the same date as the issue date. Resolution: The code was corrected to no longer look at package size for the first set when changing a participant to M2M. Before this change, the code was counting the first full set toward the cycle when changing a participant to M2M, and a prorated set is not counted. |

Formula Replacement |
Issue: In the Clinic application module, the number of cans of formula displayed in the Amount Recovered column on the Formula Replacement screen was incorrect and therefore was allowing over-issuance. Resolution: The code was modified so that the amount recovered represents the remaining balance for the food item from the EBT Processor system. The amount remaining is no longer added for each occurrence of the food item. This corrects the available balance displayed as well as sets the max limit correctly for the cans to issue. |
