Special Instructions

To utilize the modifications made in this release, the UsesMOV business rule with in the STATEBUSINESSRULES table must be set to "Y".

Prior to upgrading to this release of the software, verify that the WEM outbox folder is empty. This folder can be identified by looking at the FILERECEIVEPATH column within the EBTCONNECTIONINFO table.

States/ITOs should run End of Day and End of Month processes in the following order:

End of Month Process

The End of Month Process incorrectly refers to a database name.

The MarkEomAsFailed function was updated to correct a typo.

For more information, see the Database Changes for this reported issue. No Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD) changes were required.

CDP-447

EBT Processor messaging

Changes needed for eMOV implementation.

The SPIRIT WIC system was modified to support the following MOV household account types in messages to the EBT Processor:

  • All MOV account type, which sends an "I" code for Full MOV to the EBT Processor

  • Formula-Only MOV account type, which sends a "P" code for Partial MOV to the EBT Processor

  • The Non-MOV account type, which sends an "H" code for Normal to the EBT Processor

The Household MOV Type drop-down list box on the EBT Household Demographics screen was updated to be disabled once a selection is made and saved.

Changes to the Clinic DFDD for CDP-477 are documented below.

The EBT Household Demographics topic was updated as follows:

  • The Household MOV Type drop-down list box description in the Interface Initialization section was updated to state the control is enabled the first time a user accesses the screen. Once a selection is made and saved, the control is disabled.

  • The Household MOV Type drop-down list box description in the Screen Elements section was updated as follows:

  • The control is enabled and blank the first time a user accesses the screen. Once a selection is made and saved, the control is disabled.

  • The options in the drop-down list box are described.

  • A selection is required for this control. An error message was added if no selection is made.

  • A NOTE was added to explain the selection cannot be changed for the current household. Members must be transferred to a new household to set the new MOV type.

The Display Household History topic was updated as follows:

  • The Mailing ZIP and MOV Type column descriptions in the Screen Elements section were updated to state the selection in the Household MOV Type drop-down list box on the EBT Household Demographics screen cannot be changed for the current household after Release 2.39. Therefore, new records will not be created based on an MOV Type change.

A NOTE was updated in the following topics to clarify the Household MOV Type drop-down list box is enabled the first time a user accesses the EBT Household Demographics screen:

Appendix

Changes to the Appendix DFDD for CDP-477 are documented below.

The Uses Mail Order Vendor (MOV) topic was updated as follows:

  • The Result column in first row within the Values Allowed table was updated to state the Household MOV Type drop-down list box on the EBT Household Demographics screen is enabled the first time a user accesses the screen. Once a selection is made and saved, the control is disabled.

  • A NOTE was updated to clarify the Household MOV Type drop-down list box is enabled the first time a user accesses the EBT Household Demographics screen.

Central Administrative Site

Changes to the Central Administrative Site DFDD for CDP-477 are documented below.

The Display Household History topic was updated as follows:

  • The Mailing ZIP and MOV Type column descriptions in the Screen Elements section were updated to state the selection in the Household MOV Type drop-down list box on the EBT Household Demographics screen cannot be changed for the current household after Release 2.39. Therefore, new records will not be created based on an MOV Type change.

For this release, the title bar of the Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD) was updated to reflect build version "2.39.00". Additionally, the footer was also updated to reflect software version "2.39.00".
