Food Adjustment Wizard

A "No Current Issuance" standard error message displayed when the Add More Formula radio button was selected and the OK button was clicked on the Food Adjustment Wizard screen in the Clinic application module, which unexpectedly prevented the issuance of direct-shipped formula food items to a participant six (6) to twelve (12) months of age.

The Food Adjustment Wizard in the Clinic application module of the SPIRIT WIC system was modified as follows:

• The Add Formula screen was modified to display direct-shipped formula food items.

• The Issue Formula and Infant Foods screen was modified to allow the issuance of direct-shipped formula food items.

Prior to this release, when a direct-shipped formula food item was replaced with another formula food item using the Food Adjustment Wizard in the Clinic application module, the SPIRIT WIC system added both a Returned node and a Voided node to the Benefits History tree list on the following screens:

• Benefits History (Central Administrative Site)

• Benefits History (Clinic)

• Benefits History (State Office)

With this release of the software, the SPIRIT WIC system was modified to no longer add a Voided node to the Benefits History tree list on the screens above when a direct-shipped formula food item is replaced with another formula food item using the Food Adjustment Wizard in the Clinic application module.

Additional clarifications and descriptions were added to the BatchProcessor.dll setup topics in the Scheduled Job Administration DFDD for ENH-585 and ENH-586.

The following changes were made to the BatchProcessing_Core.zip Installation and Configuration topic:

• The Update the site configuration settings in the appsettings.json file step within the tutorial was updated to document the specific parameters that exist within the appsettings.json file.

• A new Update the settings in the COMMREQUEST table step was added to the bottom of the tutorial to document additional e-mail notification setup parameters.

The following changes were made to the Create Environment Variables within the Windows Operating System topic:

• The Use Windows Power Shell to Create Environment Variables within the Windows Operating System tutorial was moved to the top of the topic, and the connectionString values were updated throughout the steps to document the following additional connectionString parameters:

Changes to the Appendix D DFDD for CDP-376 are documented below.

In the Messages Matrix, the following changes were made to the E0311 standard error message:

• The following Variant Text was added:

• "No current issuance."

• The Message Triggers were updated as follows:

• Issuance data cannot be located for the voucher identification number entered in the Voucher Number text box on the Voucher screen in the Vendor application module.

• No issuance exists for the current month when the Add More Formula radio button is selected in the Adjustment Options radio button group and the OK button is clicked on the Food Adjustment Wizard screen within the Clinic application module.

• Previously-missing documentation for the E0311 standard error message was added to the processing that occurs when the OK button is clicked and the Add More Formula radio button is selected in the Adjustment Options radio button group.

• The note below was added to the Add Infant Solid Foods radio button in the Adjustment Options radio button group.
