In this scenario, you will use the Vendor List menu to indicate that certain vendors attended a training session. Vendors can be given credit for attending various training sessions. Sessions may include new vendor trainings, annual vendor trainings, interactive trainings, and special trainings. This feature allows you to credit training session attendance for more than one vendor at a time.

Complete the following steps to perform this scenario:
1. Display the Vendor List screen.

NOTE: This Vendor List screen displays upon the completion of the Login process. |

NOTE: The Vendor List data grid displays vendors as determined by the search criteria applied to the list. Click a vendor record in the data grid to select it. |
2. On the Vendor List menu, point to Training, and then click Training Attended. The Training Attended screen displays.
3. Under Search, select the Type of Training and the Training Date.
4. Click the Search button. The data grid will update and display vendors that match your search criteria.

NOTE: If no vendors were displayed in the data grid or you want to conduct another search, change search criteria and click search to display different results. |
5. Hold down the Ctrl key and click each vendor to be credited with attendance of the training session. Selected vendors are highlighted blue.

NOTE: Hold down the Ctrl key and click a selected vendor to clear it from your selection. A vendor that is not selected is not highlighted blue. |
6. Click OK. The Send Letter screen displays.
7. Select one or more recipients for the letter under Recipient.
8. Select one or more addresses to which to send the letter for each recipient under Address.

NOTE: To generate mailing labels for the letters, select Print Mailing Labels and complete the information under Mailing Labels. For more detail, see the Send Letter topic. |
9. Click OK.

NOTE: Search for a vendor, open the vendor’s folder, and display the Event Log screen to confirm that the vendor is credited with attendance of the training. |
10. Click Close.
Congratulations! You successfully credited multiple vendors for attending a training session. You accomplished this by
