This letter advises the vendor that a compliance buy was performed and the vendor is required to meet with the State to address the areas of contract non-compliance.
The template for this letter is CH023.DOC. The following actions generate this letter:
The OK button is selected on the Meeting screen. This displays the Send Letter screen that generates the letter.
The Print button is selected on the Compliance Buy Returned screen (in Details mode/Edit mode only) and then selecting the OK button on the Meeting screen. This displays the Send Letter screen that generates the letter.
These are the additional Merged Fields in the Compliance Buy Meeting Letter. Common Merged Fields are defined in the Custom Template Merge Fields topic.
This value is the first line of the vendor physical address. The value comes from the PhysicalAddress1 column of the V_Vendor view.
This value is the second line of the vendor physical address. The value comes from the PhysicalAddress2 column of the V_Vendor view.
This value is the city in which the vendor resides. The value comes from the PhysicalCity column of the V_Vendor view.
This value is the State in which the vendor resides. The value comes from the PhysicalStateCd column of the V_Vendor view.
This value is the ZIP code in which the vendor resides. The value comes from the PhysicalZIPCode column of the V_Vendor view.
This value is the first day the compliance buy check could be used. The value comes from the FIRSTDATETOUSE column of the COMPLIANCEBUY table. The value will print in MM/DD/CCYY format.
This value is the count of the compliance buy checks that have violations. The value is the accumulated total of the COMPLIANCE BUY RETURNED tables where the Compliance-Buy-Returned-Violations column is true. The value will print in "99" format.
This value is the total value of the compliance buys checks that have associated violations. The value is the accumulated total of the Compliance-Buy-Returned-Check-Redeemed-Amount column on the COMPLIANCE BUY RETURNED tables where the Compliance-Buy-Returned-Violations column is true. The value will print in "$999,999,999,999,999.99" format.
This value is the number on the compliance buy check. The value comes from the SERIALNO column of the RETURNEDCOMPLIANCEBUYFI table. The value will print in "99999999" format. A maximum of ten (10) compliance buy checks may print on the letter.
This value is the violations associated with the compliance buy check. The value comes from the DESCRIPTION column of the VIOLATIONTYPE table via a join from the VIOLATIONTYPEID column of the VIOLATION table. A maximum of five (5) violations may print for each compliance buy check number.
This value is the date for the Compliance Buy meeting as entered on the Meeting screen. The value comes from the MEETINGDATE column of the RETURNEDCOMPLIANCEBUY table. The value will print in MM/DD/CCYY format.
This value is the time for the Compliance Buy meeting as entered on the Meeting screen. The value comes from the MEETINGTIME column of the RETURNEDCOMPLIANCEBUY table. The value will print in HH:MM AM/PM format.
