The EBT Household Reconciliation Report (Output) displays a summary of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) activity that occurred within a clinic on a particular month or day. In addition to a detail line showing the transaction data for each household, the report summarizes food category totals for each clinic and the entire State. The FOODINSTRUMENTITEMDETAIL table records both positive and negative benefit data transactions and serves as the basis for this report. The data on this report is compared to the WIC Activity File to validate the accuracy of the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate EBT Household Reconciliation Report screen.
This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.

If the Date radio button was selected in the Report By radio button group on the Generate EBT Household Reconciliation Report screen, this data element displays as the report subtitle.

The {MM/DD/CCYY} values are the date specified by the user when generating the system output.
Format
The value is center aligned and is an accounting month and year in the following format:
"Benefit Period: {MM/DD/CCYY} - {MM/DD/CCYY}"
The "Benefit Period" text prints as its literal value.
If the Month radio button was selected in the Report By radio button group on the Generate EBT Household Reconciliation Report screen, this data element displays as the report subtitle.
