In this scenario, you will use the Maintain Corporate Parents screen to maintain the corporate parents within the SPIRIT WIC system. The maintenance of corporate parents includes adding, editing, and deleting corporate parents.
For training purposes, you will add several corporate parents.

Complete the following steps to perform this scenario:
1. Display the Reference Utility screen.

NOTE: The Reference Utility screen displays upon the completion of the Login process. |
2. Double-click Corporate Parents in the Reference Utility data grid. The Maintain Corporate Parents screen displays.
3. Do one of the following:
To add a corporate parent: Click Add.
To edit a corporate parent: Select a corporate parent in the data grid, and then click Edit.
To delete a corporate parent: Select a corporate parent in the data grid, and then click Delete.
The Corporate Parent screen displays.

NOTE: If you are deleting a corporate parent, the process is complete after you confirm the deletion. Skip to the concluding paragraph. |
4. Complete the information on the Corporate Parent screen as necessary.
5. Click OK.
The Corporate Parents data grid is refreshed to display the information you completed for the corporate parent. You can repeat the steps in this scenario, as necessary, to continue maintaining corporate parents. For training purposes, click Close to dismiss the Maintain Corporate Parents screen and return to the Reference Utility screen.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the steps necessary to maintain corporate parents.
