Fund Management Summary Report FIN013 (Output)

The Fund Management Summary Report FIN013 (Output) summarizes funding information by fund classifications. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Fund Management Summary Report screen. Only journal entries allocated to the specified Budget Accounts are included.

This value comes from the FundName column of the Fund table.

Amount (by Fund)

Origin of Data Element

This value is the sum budgeted award for a fiscal year. It is the total of the SummaryAmt column of the FinancialAccountSummary table for budget value type for each fund and selected fiscal year and natural account. The FinancialAccountSummary table is the total of the TranAmt column of the JournalEntry table for budget journal entry transactions for each fund, financial account, natural account and accounting period.

The fiscal year will be (or represent) the federal fiscal year for federal related funds and the state fiscal year for state related funds. For funds on a state fiscal year, a fund detail line will be printed for each of the two state fiscal years that overlap the federal fiscal year.

This value is calculated. This value is the summary of the Total (Total Funding by Fund Class) column for fund program description.

Filter Criteria

Base of Data

The report includes all budget journal entries for all funds with an accounting period date that falls within the selected fiscal year and selected natural account.

Sort Order

Fund Program Code

This report will be sorted by fund program code. (WIC, FMNP, CSFP)

Fund Class Code

This report will be sorted by class code within fund program code. (Food, Administration, Other, Special)

Fund Type Code

This report will be sorted first by fund type code within class code. (Federal, State, Other)

Fund Sub-Class Code

This report will be sorted by fund sub-class code within fund type code. (Base, Supplemental, Conversion, In-Kind, Carry Forward, etc.)

Fund Name

This report will be sorted by fund name within fund sub-class code.

Control Breaks

Program Code

A page break will occur on a change in fund program code. Totals will be calculated for each fund program code.

Fund Class Code

Totals will be calculated within Program.

Fund Type Code

Totals will be calculated within Fund Class.
