Mid-certification Assessment toolbar

Mid-certification Assessment toolbar provides access to frequently used functions on the Mid-certification Assessment screen. The toolbar is visible when the Mid-certification Assessment screen is active. The toolbar buttons allow the user to perform functions specific to mid-certification reviewing, ending, and closing a mid-certification for a participant. Depending on your permission level and the client's current status, some toolbar buttons may not be available for selection.

Toolbar Elements

	Manage Alerts Click this toolbar button to add, edit, or view the alerts for the current client. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Manage Alerts". The Manage Alerts screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions.
	Manage Notes Click this toolbar button to add, edit, or view the notes for the current client. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Manage Notes". The Manage Notes screen displays when clicked if the user has the appropriate permissions.
	End Certification Process Click this toolbar button to complete the client's mid-certification if no errors exist. This allows you to end the certification attempt for the client. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "End Certification Process". Upon selection of the toolbar button, if the user does not have the appropriate permissions, the system displays the E0006 standard error message. If the user has the appropriate permissions, the system displays the C0073 standard confirmation message.
	Close Mid-certification Assessment Click this toolbar button to place the client's mid-certification on hold so that it can be completed at a later time and close Mid-certification Assessment screen. The toolbar button is enabled when the screen is active. It has a tool tip text of "Close Mid-certification Assessment". The Participant Folder screen displays when clicked.
