The Breastfeeding Item Issuance History screen is used to search for and access the records of breastfeeding items issued to the current client.

Unless otherwise stated below, all controls on the Breastfeeding Item Issuance History screen are visible and enabled when:
The screen is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a control on the Breastfeeding Item Issuance History screen, the condition(s) are documented for that specific control below.
Complete the information in the Date Issued group box.
This group box includes controls that allow you to filter the results displayed in the data grid to include only items that were issued between the specified dates. The title text of the group box is set to "Date Issued". The group box consists of the following control(s):
From calendar control
Select or enter the date starting the date range in this calendar control.
To calendar control
Select or enter the date ending the date range in this calendar control.
Complete the information in the Item Type group box.
This group box includes controls that allow you to filter the results displayed in the data grid to include only breastfeeding items of a specific type. The title text of the group box is set to "Item Type". The following controls are included in the group box:
Breast Pumps check box
Check this check box to search for breast pumps issued.
Breastfeeding Kits check box
Check this check box to search for breastfeeding kits issued.
Breastfeeding Supplies check box
Check this check box to search for breastfeeding supplies issued.
Click the Search button to perform a search and filter the results displayed in the data grid based on the filter criteria specified.
When Search is clicked, the data grid refreshes and displays results that match the specified filter criteria.
It has a mnemonic of "S".
If no records can be found to match the specified search criteria, a standard error message (E0050) displays when the Search button is clicked.
It has a mnemonic of "C".
View the information in the Breastfeeding Item Issuance History data grid.
This data grid displays breastfeeding items as determined by the search criteria applied using the Search button. Items in the data grid are sorted by the Date the items were issued with the most recent items appearing at the top.
The ID and Date Returned columns are populated with N/A for all items that are not considered to be returnable assets.
The items can be found in the INVENTORYISSUED table where the CUSTOMERID is State WIC ID of the selected participant.
The first record in the data grid is initially selected. The information in the data grid is read-only.
The data grid consists of the following control(s):
Date Issued column
This column displays the date the item was issued for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Date Issued". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Item column
This column displays the item description for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Item". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Quantity column
This column displays the item quantity for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Quantity". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
ID column
This column displays the identification number for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "ID". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
Date Returned column
This column displays the date the item was returned for each record displayed within the data grid.
The title of the column is set to "Date Returned". The information displayed within the column is read-only.
It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.
The Participant Folder screen displays when the button is clicked.
If data can be validated and saved on the screen, the following processes occur when the screen is processed:
A process to check for required controls as identified in the Data Map below is performed.
A process to check for valid entries as identified individually for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
A process to check for edits and cross edits as identified for each applicable control in Screen Elements above is performed.
If any checks or processes fail, a standard error message displays.
If no data can be validated and saved on the screen:
No cross edits are performed.
All values are considered legitimate.
No data is written to the database.
The Data Map defines the values saved for all controls on the screen. If available, any additional notes or comments are displayed in the Notes column.
