Vendor Sanction Limit

Business Rule: VNDR_SANCTION_LIMIT

The Vendor application of the SPIRIT WIC system allows the state to define the maximum number of sanction points a vendor can have before an alert is automatically added to inform the vendor manager that the vendor's sanction points exceed the limit. When a vendor exceeds the maximum number of sanction points allowed, the system adds the W0016 standard warning message for the vendor.

The business rule enables the state to define the vendor sanction limit points.
