Business Rule: HIDESSN
A Social Security Number can be documented for Applicants and Participants on the Demographics screen within the Participant Folder or the Certification Guided Script. It can also be used as a search criterion on the Participant List screen.
This business rule enables the state to define whether to display the Social Security Number masked edit box on the Demographics screen and whether to allow the Social Security Number to be one of the filter criterion on the Participant List screen.
