Blood Work Require Notes

Business Rule: BWREQUIRENOTE

The Clinic application module of the SPIRIT WIC system has the capability of accepting general notes based on a participant's blood work.

The business rule enables the state to define if a general note is required when adding blood work.

Values Allowed

Value	Result
Y	Require a general note to be added to blood work entry.
N	Do not require a general note to be added to a blood work entry.
