Business Rule: UsesBatchIssuance
The Clinic application module of the SPIRIT WIC system has the capability of indicating that participants are able to receive batch-mailed benefits. Additionally, the Clinic and State Office application modules of the SPIRIT WIC system have additional capabilities which allow users to search for participants, resolve errors restricting benefit issuance, and to indicate that participants are able to receive batch-mailed benefits.
|
NOTE: Participants become able to receive batch-mailed benefits when the Batch Issuance check box is checked on the Demographics sub-tab in the Participant Folder within the Clinic application module. |
This business rule enables the state to define whether participants may receive batch-mailed benefits and whether users can perform batch issue resolution within their state's WIC program.
