Business Rule: BatchIssuanceLdtuLookAheadDays
The SPIRIT WIC system can identify and search for participants who have a last LDTU that is within a specific date range. A list of participants with an LDTU within the specified date range can be displayed on the following screens:
Batch Issue Resolution (Clinic)
Batch Issue Resolution (State Office)
This business rule allows state agencies to configure the LDTU look-ahead number of days for the date range, where the date range equals the current system date plus the configurable number of days (date range = current system date + the value specified for this business rule). For example:
If a participant's LDTU is 10/02/2015, the current system date is 10/02/2015, and the value of the business rule equals "5", the participant is returned as a result.
If a participant's LDTU is on 10/02/2015, the current system date is 09/15/2015, and the value of the business rule equals "5", the participant is not returned as a result.
The default value of the business rule is "0". There is no limit on the value for this business rule; however, if is most common to enter 20, 30, or 60 as the LDTU look-ahead value.
