Enable the Internal Inventory System of the Direct Distribution Module

NOTE: The DD_EnableInternalInventory business rule does not affect any validations other than those against the internal inventory.

Enables the internal inventory management system in the Direct Distribution module. When enabled, the following Direct Distribution functionality is affected:

• The Manage Inventory menu option on the Inventory menu of the Food Package List Search screen is enabled.

• The processing that occurs on the Direct Distribution Redemption screen under the following conditions includes validations against the internal inventory:

• A PLU code or UPC is typed into the UPC/PLU text box, a quantity is typed into the Quantity text box, and the Add button is clicked.

• A PLU code or UPC is scanned.

Disables the internal inventory management system in the Direct Distribution module. When disabled, the following Direct Distribution functionality is affected:

• The Manage Inventory menu option on the Inventory menu of the Food Package List Search screen is disabled. If this disables the last command on the menu, the menu is disabled as well.

• The processing that occurs on the Direct Distribution Redemption screen under the following conditions does not include validations against the internal inventory:

• A PLU code or UPC is typed into the UPC/PLU text box, a quantity is typed into the Quantity text box, and the Add button is clicked.

• A PLU code or UPC is scanned.
