Business Rule: CLN_ALLOW_UNKNOWN_HT_WT
Height and weight measurements are recorded on the Height/Weight screen. An unknown height and weight can be recorded by using the Unknown Ht/Wt button.
The Unknown, Ht/Wt button will be visible and enabled when the AllowUnknownHtWt business rule is set to Y.
The business rule enables the state to define whether unknown values are allowed for height and weight data.
