Radio Button Group

A radio button is a round button used to select one of a group of mutually exclusive options. The radio button group control contains multiple radio buttons related to a single concept. In each radio button group, only one radio button can be selected. A default selection in a radio button group can be changed. If the radio button group contains an option that is currently disabled, that radio button control is grayed out.

Radio Button Group control

Click a radio button to make a selection. The previously selected radio button control is cleared. To change the selection, click another radio button.

The tab order on the screen treats a radio button group as a single control. Only the selected radio button can be accessed by using the Tab key; however, users can navigate through the other radio buttons in the group by using the arrow keys.
