The check box control is a square box that is selected or deselected to turn an option on or off. If more than one check box is displayed in a group, multiple selections can be made.

Click the check box control to select it. A check mark is displayed in the control. Click the check box control again to clear it. The check mark is removed from the control.
A check box control receives focus and is included in the tab order of the screen.
