is not the correct scanner for Missouri. |

Benefit Pickup Report |

Database changes were made. For more information, see Database Changes. |
TMP-183/184MS-2 |

|
During the contract transition period, a fix was provided to MS. As a result, the code handed off to CDP did not contain those code changes.
The code has been provided to CDP, and has been merged into this version.
Database changes were made. For more information, see Database Changes. |
TMP-205 |
Permissions |
The Food Prescription permissions have not been implemented for the Pregnant Health Information screen. |
The permission settings for the Currently Breastfeeding check box on the Infants Born From this Pregnancy were applied to both the Currently Breastfeeding Infant and Currently Breastfeeding Child Over 1 check boxes. If a user has "view" permissions for food prescriptions, if either check box is selected, the following message displays: "You do not have sufficient permission to create a Food Prescription. The Breastfeeding Amount cannot be changed." |

TTY-1 |
WICSessionManager.exe |
The WICSessionManager.exe failed. Users were requested to delete files in order to successfully run Spirit. |
The WicAppLoader must not load the MemCache as it causes SessionManager to crash on update after login because WicAppLoader is still running and holds the table locked in memory.
TheStateUsesLocalACMServers was updated so that it does not use MemCache. By eliminating the use of MemCache, the StateBusinessRules table does not get locked.
The exception handling for threaded RetrieveUpdates was also updated. |
TTY-2 |
Food Packages |
When a 9-11 month old received FPIII, the solid foods are being deleted from the food package, with the exception of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. This should function exactly as it does for the 6-8 month age category. |
The code was modified to identify CVB as an infant food. As such, the 9-11 month old FPIII has Fresh Fruits and Vegetables removed from the Default Food Prescription. |
TTY-3 |
Food Packages |
While using the Certification Guided Script for the two new age categories (6-8 month; 9-11 month), if a risk factor is system-assigned, it does not display on the main screen. |
The code was updated to ensure that system-assigned risk factors display correctly in the Certified Guided Script's main screen. |
TTY-4 |
Certification |
The End-of-Day processing changed a number of infants to children because the current date was past their first birthday. In doing so, the system changed the certification start date to the date the 2.22.00 updates were installed. This is a deviation from expected behavior, which should have retained the old certification start date when updating from an infant to a child. |
The system was updated to retain the original certification start date for infants changing to a child category. The only date that will updated is CERTEFFECTIVEDATE. This was resolved with the fix listed above for ENH-045. |
TTY-5 |
Food Packages |
There should be a way to deactivate the 6 mo-1 year age category. |
The code was updated so the 6 mo-1 year age category is hidden. This was resolved with the fix listed above for ENH-476. |
TTY-7 |
Food Packages |
When attempting to update a woman with FPIII, a message displays stating the CVB violates the base food category limit and will be removed from the food package. (DOES ANYONE HAVE THE ACTUAL TEXT OF THIS MESSAGE?) |
This issue is identical to the first issue identified above for ENH-476. Performing the workaround listed prevents this issue from recurring. |
TTY-8 |
Food Packages |
There is a food item that is nor available for the 9-11 month age category, but it can be selected and added to the food prescription. |
The system has been modified to ensure that food items that are not available for certain WIC age categories should not be available for selection on a food prescription. |
TTY-9 |
Risk Factors |
Risk Factor 201 (Low Hemoglobin/Hematocrit) is not being assigned correctly. |
Risk Factor 201 was validated to ensure it is a system-assigned risk factor assigned to an infant who has a recertification prior to its first birthday and the appropriate bloodwork criteria is entered. This was resolved with the fix listed above for ENH-045. |
TTY-10 |
Risk Factors/ Certification |
Risk Factor 133 (High Maternal Weight Gain) drops from a participant when a system-assigned risk factor is added or removed and a pseudo-certification is created for a pregnant participant. |
Risk Factor 133 is no longer removed if no changes have occurred in the height/weight for the participant. This was resolved with the fix listed above for ENH-045. |
TTY-11 |
Food Packages |
The system should still add the CVB to food packages. (NEED MORE DETAIL, ADD FOR WHAT?) |
This issue is identical to the first issue identified above for ENH-476. Performing the workaround listed prevents this issue from recurring. |
TTY-12 |
Food Packages |
When a woman is fully-breastfeeding multiple infants and the Requires Food Package III check box is selected, she can receive $15 CVB and up to 80 ounces of Infant Fruits and Vegetables. |
The stored procedures have been updated to list the maximum substitution values. (DOES THE PROCEDURE CAP THEM OR IS IT UP TO THE USER?)
Database changes were made. For more information, see Database Changes. |
TTY-14 |
Food Packages |
When the Replacement Food screen opened, the only food available for selection was the Infant Fruits and Vegetables. The user was unable to change the Infant Fruits and Vegetables to CVB using the Food Adjustment Wizard. |
Updated the hard-coded food distribution list of food items allowed. |
TTY-15 |
Certification |
When a pseudo-certification is created, the system updates the CERTSTARTDATE rather than just the CERTEFFECTIVEDATE. |
This is related to TTY-4 listed above. The system should retain the original certification start date for infants changing to a child category. This was resolved with the fix listed above for ENH-045. |
