ENH-474 |
Benefits Issuance |
There
are two issues for which corrections were made.
If January is skipped, the dates
for the February benefit checks are not correct. Benefits
are not being cut at 2/28, thereby giving February benefits
a date of 2/1 to 3/2.
Month-to-month users cannot generate
benefit checks that start on the first day of the month and
end on the last day of the month.
|
Fixes
for the two issues:
This issue has been fixed. February
benefits no longer go into March, regardless of if January
benefits were issued or not.
The original 2.20.00 release removed
the days 28, 29, 30, and 31 as the LDTU. With this release,
these dates are able to be selected. If these dates are selected,
a syncing package is generated from that date to the last
day of the month. The next benefits will be issued for the
first day of the next month.

On-Site |
When
a participant is toggled on-site, but is from a different clinic
or agency, the participant cannot be toggled on-site to the clinic
the user is logged into. |
Multiple
updates were made to this issue:
Any
participant that is able to be toggled as on-site, regardless
of status, is listed in the data grid on thescreen
for the clinic that selected/toggled the participant as on-site,
even if the participant is registered in another clinic or
in agency 88 status.
Participants
are now correctly returned using the Search Filter as On-Site
regardless of the clinic to which they belong. The participants
are not returned as on-site in their "assigned"
clinic, only the clinic that marked them on-site.
