Peer Group Average

Issue: Values input in the Peer Group Average screen are not being saved by the system.

Resolution: The Override Amount column on the Peer Group Average screen is enabled when the screen is active. It is editable and the prices are right-aligned. Users may now select a price in the Override Amount column and enter a new price. User-entered prices are now saved, updating both the User Updated and Date Last Updated columns. Changes are also saved upon recalculating prices. This action also updates both the User Updated and Date Last Updated columns.

Vendor

Peer Group Average

Issue: When a new price is entered and the Recalculate Prices button is selected on the Peer Group Average screen, the average price is being zeroed out.

Resolution: Changes were made to the Food Pricing tab of the Vendor Folder. Prices can now be edited for the current price list. The Price List Date drop-down list box is disabled to restrict the editing of previous price lists. The column, Include in Average, has been added to the Price Survey data grid. This column is active when the Price Survey tab is selected. All other functions on this tab remain the same.

Issue Benefits

Issue: Users are unable to issue 6 month benefits to a newly certified infant who is almost 6 months old. This issue occurs any time there is a valid benefit period where the infant would not receive a check followed by benefit periods where the infant should receive a check.

Resolution: If the base participant has an issuance occurring with an FDTU on or after the infant's 6 month "birthday", the infant will receive a benefit with an FDTU equal to the base participant's issuance. If the infant is the only participant receiving benefits, then the FDTU will equal Today + Month - Day until the calculated date is on or after the infant's 6 month "birthday". The infant will receive additional sets until an issuance's FDTU is greater than the base participants Last FDTU, or the issuance frequency requirement is filled.

Reports - Financial

Issue: Checks issued with an FDTU of 1/29/2011 and 1/30/2011 have a participation month of February, 2011 in the FI Set table.

Resolution: The skipped January issuance was caused by a date calculation that attempted to determine the ExpectedFDTU from the LDTU. A recent fix introduced the PrintedFDTU value that correctly reflects the ExpectedFDTU on which participation is based. The PrintedFDTU value will be used instead of the old formula based on LDTU for recording the Participation Date. SQL will need to be run for those participants already issued benefits with a January PrintedFDTU that were incorrectly recorded as February participation.
