Changes made to the SPIRIT WIC database in this release of the software are detailed below.
A new 2.31.01.asql file was created and distributed with this release.
The HOUSEHOLDID is now NOT NULLABLE in the EBTPROXYDATA table. Additionally, a script was included with this release to remove records in the EBTPROXYDATA table that had a HOUSEHOLDID and a PROXYID but a NULL HOUSEHOLDID.
