The Print Price Survey Labels screen is used select the label starting position for printing labels for mailing price survey invitations to vendors and corporate parents.

NOTE: Depending on how the Vendor Online Price Survey is accessed, not all menu options or screens are available. The Print Price Survey Labels screen is not accessible to a vendor or corporate parent completing a price survey. |

Unless otherwise stated below, all controls on the Print Price Survey Labels screen are visible and enabled when:
The screen is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a control on the Print Price Survey Labels screen, the condition(s) are documented for that specific control below.

Complete the information in the Print Price Survey Labels group box.
The group box includes controls that allow the user to print labels for the price survey invitations. The title text of the group box is set to "Print Price Survey Labels". The following controls are included in the group box:
Label Type text and value label
This value label displays the type of label being used for printing.
The information displayed is read-only. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.
Starting Label Position spin control
Enter or select the label starting position in this spin control.
Print button
Click this button to print the labels. A browser page opens and displays the labels to be printed.
It does not have a mnemonic.

NOTE: When printing labels, the margins of the printed area must be set to zero (0) to correctly align the printed text on the labels. |
If an entry or selection is not made in any of the required controls referenced below in the Data Map or designated by a red asterisk (*) on the screen, or if an invalid of incomplete entry is entered, the following occurs:
If an entry is left blank, the system displays the E0333 standard error message.
If an entry contains invalid information, the system displays the E0334 standard error message.
If no data can be validated and saved on the screen:
No cross edits are performed.
All values are considered legitimate.
No data is written to the database.
The Data Map defines the values saved for all controls on the screen. If available, any additional notes or comments are displayed in the Notes column.
